Customer support has been amazing, found out the problem and solved it in record timing.
Ashvin was very helpful. Understood the issue and handled it clearly, with patience and by illustrating everything with great diagrams. First class way to handle a query like this.
The customer service team was very patient and professional in answering all sorts of questions. This software is worth using by more people.
