Amazing support – shoutout to Nilesh! The Simprosys app makes feed management super smooth, and support is on another level. Nilesh helped me resolve a pricing sync issue by suggesting a smart feed rule workaround specific to my U.S. market. Quick, clear, and knowledgeable. RI reached out to live chat support, and they looked into our issue very quickly, sending us many valuable screenshots and explanations as to why our Merchant Center had been suspended. I really appreciate their help—on our own, we wouldn’t have been able to resolve the issue, as Google support was a bit unhelpful.
