I’ve been using Simprosys to automate my store, and it has been a game-changer! The app is incredibly easy to use and truly a lifesaver. The support team is always prompt and professional, and I had an outstanding experience with Mr. Sachin. When I needed help setting up a promotional campaign and mapping products, he went above and beyond by creating a detailed video tutorial just for me. This level of support made the process so much easier to learn. I highly recommend Simprosys to any admin looking for powerful and efficient tools to automate their campaigns!

Terrible Customer Service. Issue ongoing for more than a week and still can not see how they are going to resolve their mistake. Continue to ignore basic questions and have failed to take responsibility. Performed updates in google merchant centre without consent and blamed issues on "google errors". Then asked me what the google errors are when they were the ones who said there were errors! Sent communication to an alternative email without consent. They seem to be confused and responses are to deny responsibility rather than resolve the underlying issue, there by continuing to impact the customer.
