To anyone with any doubts about purchasing Simprosys, just know that this is the app you want to use for feed management in Shopify. I'm an advertising professional (I own an ad agency), and I can tell you this app is the best out there for this purpose. I'm using it strictly for feed management (not for setting up ad campaigns, conversion tracking, or analytics). For those purposes I use Analyzify (which I also highly recommend). Simprosys really shines for feed management because of the level of detail. They have tools and configurations for almost everything, ranging from mapping custom metafields, to separate feeds for each market, etc. The bulk editing features also cover a lot of ground. In terms of usability, it takes some time to learn everything, but once you do you realize how comprehensive an app this is. I've looked at other similar feed apps, and they just aren't as detailed. The bottom line is Simprosys has been around the longest, and they've had time to build this out. The proof is in all the options available in the app. Having those options makes all the difference when you're managing hundreds or thousands of SKUs. Time = Money. I'm also extremely pleased with the support from Simprosys. Their team is very patient and willing to talk at length with you, either in chat or via email. I recommend using the chat as it's a lot easier. They're located in India, so there's the time difference, but putting that aside they are very capable and they know their app inside and out. They're also willing to step in and make changes for you directly, to correct issues, etc. If you need a great feed app, with detailed settings, at a fair price, and with great support, Simprosys is it!

This is necessary part of doing business online and this definitely an app you can use, but it's also the customer support. They walked me through the details of why I kept seeing errors from merchant center. In my case, I had the Google & YouTube channel that was sending conflicting information. Just needed to disable that. Also, category colors are not the same as Google's color field, so Ashvin helped me sort through the process and made sure I knew how to do it myself with screenshots and step by step guidance. The only downside to all this customer service, you have to be online during IST business hours. Not a terrible price for something that can be basically free sales. Good luck, hope this review helps with your decision making. Update: It's not just Ashvin that is super helpful, there's also Smriti. Spent the time to dig through and figure out why our Meta Product feed was showing many out of stock. We make extensive use of the Shopify Bundle app, so once identified, it was just setting a toggle to get it working. Prior to that she also diagnosed why the google merchant feed was suddenly showing a pricing error on only some items... turn out we had temporarily disabled our product schema app, which was now not reporting any pricing information to compare with the landing page and the feed.
