Simprosys customer service is really at a high level. You get quick and clear answers to your questions, I definitely recommend this app.

App works perfectly, amazing service as well. Anytime I have any questions or issues I reach out to live chat and they are on top of it straight away super knowledgable about merchant centre.

Very useful and functional app. My suggestion is just to change the chat because it doesn't show old messages and it always restarts when you refresh the page.

This app is absolutely vital to the success of your store and your shopping feeds. Not only that, their customer service is incredible. Very helpful, and very fast. I had an issue and they were able to help me out in minutes and fixed my site at no extra charge. This app is a must have.

Dès qu'un client utilise Shopify, j'adore l'amener à utiliser Simprosys Google Shopping Feed, autant pour l'intégration avancée avec le Merchant Center que pour le Tracking Natif des Google Ads (avec les Conversions Avancées via l'API). Qui plus est, j'aime pouvoir compter sur le support (même si il est sur un autre fuseau horaire).

I have been using this app for several years. It is rich in functions and easy to operate. It is better than Google App. The key is that the after-sales help service is absolutely top-notch. Thanks to Hinali for helping me solve the problem. I also recommend my friends to use this app, it's great.
