I had a great experience with the Simprosys Support Team. They were very responsive and helpful in resolving my queries. The team clearly explained each step and provided accurate guidance on how to fix the issues I was facing. I really appreciate their patience and quick turnaround time. Overall, their support is reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused, definitely one of the best support teams I’ve interacted with.

Mehul was very helpful in guiding me through the setup of the Simprosys Google Shopping Feed app. He assisted me in configuring everything and helped include my products in the Google Merchant Center using the Simprosys data source. I’ve just installed the app and will be monitoring the results soon. Thank you for the support!

Genuinely astounded by the customer service. Nehal was super patient and knowlegable, I was on the free trial and he took the time to walk me through everything. Some of the issues were just me being stupid on the Shopify setup and he still took all on and resolved. Pretty rare in this day and age, I'm still figuring out the app, but 11 out of 10 for genuine human support.

Excelente atendimento... A equipe do simprosys ajuda bastante em apontar qual direçao devemos ir para deixar o site em padrão com as políticas do google merchant center.
