simprosys has given me exceptional help since the beginning. Not only with the app, but with GMC issues like website need improvement errors and website checks. They always try to give the best help possible and really go in depth. Quick responses, and really knowledgeful about the google merchant center. I wan't to thank Sachin Vaghela for checking my store and identifying mistakes that could have led to gmc errors

The product information on the website is synchronized to GMC very well, and the online customer service can quickly help solve any problems. It is very easy to use.

I encountered an issue where the Australia feed added via the Improsys Google Shopping Feed plugin was not showing up in Google Merchant Center. After reaching out to support, Smriti promptly investigated the problem and guided me through the necessary steps. Thanks to her help, the feed is now successfully displayed in GMC. I’m very satisfied with the professional and timely assistance I received.
