This app is great & the customer service is very good. Ashvin helped me out with an issue that I had on our store & I am extremely pleased with the job they did!

Firstly, the Google & YouTube Channel app provided by Shopify / Google is so bad that it could get your merchant account suspended. It won't let you select an existing MCA and forces you to create a new one. This is a known issue for around 2 years when you search for help online. Still not fixed. Also, I am waiting to hear back from Google support for 5 days one 2 tickets regarding this issue, no reply. And Shopify support said they can't do anything. Secondly, SimProSys is a DEEP integration app between Google Merchant Center, Google Ads Shopify, and even has Pinterest and other integrations. You can do a LOT with this app that you can't with other apps. But what amazed me is their support team. Their man Prem stayed with me for over two hours and made sure that everything was set up correctly on two domains. I really appreciate his help. I know I'm in good hands with these people and my stores are seamlessly connected with my MC accounts now.

What can i say about the team. Especially Saad who just helped me navigate the nightmare that is google feeds and merchant center errors. ABove and beyond the call of duty. I told him i wish that google and facebook had employees like him with the knowledge and understanding. You're missing out if you don't have these guys handling your google feeds and more. this should be a $100 app.

This app and especially the support is TOP NOTCH. I sent in a support request recently and they responded immediately. Instead of going back and forth by email multiple times, Dharmendra suggested a zoom call. I was pleasantly surprised! So many other companies are looking to avoid getting on the phone, let alone do a zoom call. Most companies nowadays don't offer support beyond email so this really impressed me. It showed how much they care about their clients. Actually, Dharmendra and I wound up doing multiple zoom calls to get my questions answered and issue resolved. He truly went above and beyond. Brilliant support, Shiva was absolutely amazing, sorting out two conflicting apps, one of which we did not know we had. Patient and very helpful, cannot recommend enough

So far so good. Just installed it. Onboarding process is straightforward. Easy to set up Google Ads tracking and upload the feed to Google. Support team respond quickly and helped me answering some questions. Keep up the great work! Update: Support team is keeping up the great work and they are really helpful. Solved a bunch of user-related problems I had in my shop. All working as a clock now.

A great app! Really useful for managing your shopping feeds. Extra stars too for the GA4 google Analytics wizard that makes upgrading to GA4 so simple (when Google have made it look very complicated!) Support from Ashvin is great- really fast and he knows the product inside out. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app.

I'm happy to give them a 5 star review! I have encounted multiple problems as I opened several markets in Shopify so we had currency and tax problems with GMC. They have patiently and nicely replied all my emails and inquiries, and I' grateful for their dedicated attention and patience. Thank you again!

Here's a cool app called Simprosys Google Shopping Feed. It's like a helper for Google Shopping. Easy setup, our mattresses look great there! No stress about inventory changes – it just does its thing. And guess what? More people click and buy! The support team is like friends helping out. If you sell stuff on Shopify, try this app. Seriously good stuff!

Although the app is easy to setup, sometimes Google can be incredibly frustrating to understand. Worse, Google's help documents are often of little help. Simprosys customer support helped me immensely by looking at my setup both in their own software as well as my Google Merchant Account. It took less than 48 hours for them to fix all the problems I was having.

Excellent customer service from the Simprosys team - especially Siddharthan. Thank you! For more than a year, I couldn't figure out why my Google Standard Shopping ads weren't getting any conversions. Previously, I was running a very profitable Google Smart Shopping campaign, but Smart Shopping was apparently scrapped by Google. Since then, I've wasted £1000's trying to get them to work. The team at Simprosys looked into it for me and found that I had more than one conversion tracking tag on my store, so it wasn't firing correctly. They have now removed the tags and I'm ready to test a new Standard Shopping Campaign. Fingers crossed it works this time! Thank you to all the team for you help.
