Been using this app for over 6 months, works great to submit multiple feeds in different currencies and the support is very helpful.

Some nice features to get you started. Couple of complaints, though: 1) Customer service is not readily available. 2) Annoying amount of banner ads on their dashboard and using their tools for other apps they own. If you 'x' out, they come back in 1 minute. 3) Red alerts on the dash really mean that they have new features. Has nothing to do with warnings or errors. Red alerts will not go away. 4) I cannot put in sizes into the product unless I do it on Shopify and with towels as the category, I'd prefer to leave it out on Shopify. Google recommends/requires it. No feature with their program for this.

Great customer service and the app easily handles google integrations. NOTE: Please deactivate any other tracking or google related apps before using, as it will make it much more difficult to sync up.

avoid at all costs. support is horrific. the app doesn't work. We have been struggling with this App. Out of Stock items continue to show up in paid Ads. We want product to be able to be purchased-even if out of stock-but not have the items advertised so we pay for Clicks. THIS APP DOES NOT ALLOW THIS! Support is horrific...long delays to respond....zoom calls are a complete waste of time as you can't understand a word that is said. Stay away from this App.

I have used Simprosys with multiple Shopify stores and will continue to include it as a must-install app for my own and other Shopify stores. It makes setup with Google (and Facebook) incredibly easy. But most of all, their support is top-notch. I missed a step in setup (because of Shopify Checkout Extensibility) and Simprosys' team was able to track down the issue and get it resolved quickly. Update 11/17: Once again, I ran into an issue because of my own stupidity on Google Ads - I reached out to Simprosys and they once again found the issue - not even with their software, but with something dumb I did in my own ads account. Top notch support and I highly recommend Simprosys!

This app is connecting my store with Google, Bing, Pinterest and Meta. It was easy to setup, and the customer service is great - fast, efficient and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.

Very unresponsive - unable to assist with Google Identfiers not pulling through correctly with Simprosys feed - going round in circles and now they have stopped responding as feel they can't help.

Great app with a wide range of functionalities and good support. Very reasonable pricing for multi-language feeds which is great for small international shops like ours.

This app works great for creating Google Shopping feeds and it's not complicated to use. They have many well-made tutorial videos to understand the app's features. The service is excellent and they answer all questions. It would be great to have the ability to upload custom product images.
