Ótimo serviço. Minha conta no google merchant estava suspensa e com algumas alterações guiada pelo time da Simprosys, consegui ter a conta reestabelecida. Fora que toda a configuração na ferramenta acelera muito o processo de vendas. Vale muito à pena!! Recomendo.

I'm still new to the app but so far the setup has been seamless and very straight forward. I've worked with Ashvin and Nilesh via chat/email customer support for a couple onboarding questions and they've been great. Really enjoying the experience thus far.

I always get quick responses. And I have loved the chat help feature. I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but the help desk folks always make sure I understand. I highly recommend this product.

This app has everything you need for your Google shopping, especially with the Shopify changes regarding additional scripts. You can also use it for your Microsoft and Facebook feeds. It is easy to apply, the support videos are very easy to follow, and the support guys are excellent if you need any support.

I have been using this app for multiples shops I have and it is the best and easiest app to manage Google products and settings. Also extremely complete.

This app is incredibly useful, covering a wide range of features in a single platform. With this app, we can set up dynamic Facebook catalogs and Google feeds, manage product exclusions and inclusions in ads, track GA4 metrics, and much more. Additionally, the support team is responsive and typically resolves issues within a day. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the app's functionality and the support provided. It's worth using.

Symprosys works very nicely, it helped for example set up a feed in english as well in english easily with the help of their great support team

Ich habe die App über die letzten Jahre für unterschiedliche Shops und hauptsächlich für Google Shopping verwendet. Ich bin super zufrieden mit der Funktionalität und den Anpassungsmöglichkeiten. Dass man darüber auch das Conversion Tracking mit ein paar Klicks einrichten kann, ist ein Bonus, den ich nur empfehlen kann. Bei offenen Fragen ist der Support immer sehr schnell und hilfreich. Preis-Leistung stimmt auch. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Support is fantastic at helping out with issues and explaining step by step what needs to be done. I had an issue with products not generating errors and they helped me out with ease and explained what the root cause was and how to fix. Also helped by providing additional functionality in the app. Highly recommend.
