Customer service is incredibly fast and solution oriented. I highly recommend it. The app works very well. I was always having problems with Content API and this App is definitely better than Shopify API.

Worst customer service in Shopify app. Install only if you do not need customer service. They have a chat feature which does not work. They give total silent treatment, no response or chat message even does not work

Support is amazing. The app works great for Google shoppign feeds. Also when we had the need to create new XML-feeds for Klaviyo, Simprosys support chimed in and helped us with what we wanted to achieve.

The app is awesome and so it's their support. They know google shopping inside and out and would easily solved any issues you create while messing with your feed and doing custom fields. Greatly recommend them!
