After I made a mess of my Facebook pixel integration after migrating from the native app the team were quick to help me get it resolved. Incredibly patient customer service that took the time to explain everything at each step of the way. This app is incredible value and allows us to better manage our shopping feeds with more features than the standard Shopify Google/Facebook links.

I am extremely satisfied with the support I received in configuring different aspects of this app. It is a big plus that I can manage my feeds from a single app. If you had to install at least one app on your Shopify site, this is the one to get.

I am super impressed and happy with the Simprosys Google Shopping Feed. It was pretty easy to setup and get my product feed to Google Merchant Center - including defining rules to remove out of stock products and certain product categories I didn't wish to send. And when I ran into a snag due to the product setup for the identifiers, the Simprosys support was responsive in not only explaining the solution but then in actually running the cleanup needed on my feed to resolve the issue. I highly recommend for both the product and their support!

Amazing app, amazing support team. I think I have to say the best support team I have ever dealt with, their knowledge and help is incredible. I highly recommend this app to anyone who want to use google shopping.

Just started with Simprosys recently and so far it's absolutely amazing. Easily streamlines everything, very quick and really efficient. Terrific turnaround and outstanding customer service/support. Successfully effective so definitely a keeper!
