Very great app with lots of great features. I couldn't have asked for any better app to manage all my Google shopping product feeds

the app is excellent, but the costumer support is beyond amazing. just with a simple click to access the live chat the response time is pretty fast. an the agent (Abhishek Tiwari) is well trained as he did solve my technical query in less then 10 min

Great app + fast and efficient support. Highly recommend, it is easy to set up and does the trick when it comes to automated feed management.

I have used this App on several ecommerce stores and found that it is easy to use and connects well with all platforms I have tried. Support has been very good when required.

The app is good, but some settings are somehow hard to find. Fortunately, the chat support was helpful, So Recommended from my side

Dharmendra excellent service helped me a lot... This Simprosys Google Shopping Feed app is the best I have ever used..I highly recommend it.

Been using this app for over 6 months, works great to submit multiple feeds in different currencies and the support is very helpful.

Some nice features to get you started. Couple of complaints, though: 1) Customer service is not readily available. 2) Annoying amount of banner ads on their dashboard and using their tools for other apps they own. If you 'x' out, they come back in 1 minute. 3) Red alerts on the dash really mean that they have new features. Has nothing to do with warnings or errors. Red alerts will not go away. 4) I cannot put in sizes into the product unless I do it on Shopify and with towels as the category, I'd prefer to leave it out on Shopify. Google recommends/requires it. No feature with their program for this.

Great customer service and the app easily handles google integrations. NOTE: Please deactivate any other tracking or google related apps before using, as it will make it much more difficult to sync up.

avoid at all costs. support is horrific. the app doesn't work. We have been struggling with this App. Out of Stock items continue to show up in paid Ads. We want product to be able to be purchased-even if out of stock-but not have the items advertised so we pay for Clicks. THIS APP DOES NOT ALLOW THIS! Support is horrific...long delays to respond....zoom calls are a complete waste of time as you can't understand a word that is said. Stay away from this App.
