Great application. I have used many applications in the past but nothing like this. It is also on Google recommended list. support second to none. Amazingly quick and very knowledge. Taral is one who helped me.

Saad and his team were very helpful to put some extra effort and help us with our Google Merchant Center shopping feed disapproval. There expertise helped us big time, and now the ads are approved again. Thank you, Saad and Symprosys to take care of that for us. Definitely, an app that we will recommend.

Comprehensive and first-class tech support. Even while we were in the trial period, tech support helped us navigate some problematic GTIN/identifier and G-Merchant Center feed issues. The small monthly fee is well worth the peace of mind of knowing that your products are being fed to merchant center in a way that won't trigger common warnings and disapprovals.

Uploading inventory to Google Merchant Center (GMC) was an incredibly smooth and straightforward process. The customer support team deserves a 5-star rating for their exceptional assistance. I highly recommend their services for their ease of use and excellent support.

Although I am still in the trial period of this app for now, I have to leave a positive review for this app. I have been using Shopify for three years. I can safely say this is one of the best support teams I've ever worked with. Taral, Ashvin, and their tech support colleagues. They are very helpful. I felt a bit frustrated trying to set up the tracking in my store, and there's always something wrong. And I tried to install this app since last week. Simprosys team helped me to look into the settings of my Shopify store, GA4, and Google Tag Manger. Fix a lot of issues. My GA4 couldn't fire the 'begin_checkout' event due to the side cart of my Shopify theme. And there were also some strange customized events I created before when I tried to use Google Tag Manager at a certain point. There was a lot of mess up in my store. I didn't have a clue how to fix it. But after Simrposys team helped me to tune it, it seems a lot better now. I guess I finally can track my Google campaign correctly this time.
