I had an exceptional experience using the Simprosys app for almost 2 years and interacting with your support team. The app is user-friendly, intuitive, and efficiently designed, making my navigation seamless for all kind of google marketing and MC. The support team was not only responsive but also incredibly helpful in addressing my inquiries promptly. Overall, a great combination of a well-crafted app and outstanding customer support. A lifesaver of an app. Great customer service and documentation. Simple and fast interface. For an app like this, customer support is of utmost significance, and that's where it shines. Lightning fast support while being very patient. Highly Recommended !

'This app created a lot of problems. Even after unnistalling it !' I had a lot of problems after unnistalling this app, most of them because of disconected accounts between shopify, GAds, Merchant center and GA4 , so I gave them a bad review. I've read in the last month a lot of good articles published by them, all of them very usefull. So I decided to give them 'trust' and I changed my previous review. I will give another try to this app on the next days to see if I was wrong.

I'm just getting started and it's a lot to learn but this app is very user friendly and most of all the customer service is outstanding and very helpful. If you're new to this side of e-commerce I highly recommend trying Simprosys!

I think this app is fabulous especially for novices like me, who is not tech savvy. The team support that helped me was so patient and helpful in explaining and getting my issues sorted so quickly. Very grateful!

Customer service is incredibly fast and solution oriented. I highly recommend it. The app works very well. I was always having problems with Content API and this App is definitely better than Shopify API.
