Support is very prompt and helpful, even at 1:30 AM. Been using this app for several years now. Does what I need it to, and constantly has updates to keep pace with all the changes everyone (Google, Bing, FB, etc)., make. I wouldn't even bother at looking for another solution!

Ever tried to get feeds set up between Shopify and Merchant? It's nontrivial, and if you want to focus on getting your shop set up quickly and well, with a minimum of hassle, then go with the Simprosys Google Shopping Feed. There's tons of options, the UI's clearly marked to make you pay attention to the right things, and there are multiple tutorials here that hold your hand and walk you through it. There's even some decent tutorials (as of 10/23) on Youtube from third parties as well. Seriously, even if you're just getting your shop bootstrapped, this feed's worth the cost, and if/when something goes wrong, their support is extremely responsive. We gave the free trial a go at the start, were impressed, and signed up. Thanks, Simprosys, and shout out to Ashvin for checking up on us and taking care of our one bit of weirdness in our feed - thank you, sir!

Been using the app for around two years. It works exactly as it should, simple interface, much better than the standard google app. The customer support is as good as it gets, always quick and concise, they explain anything in easy to understand terms and are always on hand to help. 10/10.

Fantastic customer support, straight onto the issues I raised in super quick time. Advised on multiple queries with immediate feedback, even explaining with visual references. Spotted some specific errors on our set up and fixed them immediately for us while on chat. Could not ask for more.

Managing products via Google Merchant Centre can, at times, be problematic i.e. missing GTINs or other listing issues, but this app can help make things a lot easier, particularly the submission controls. The ability to choose what products to display via free listings, ads and so is a great feature and something that is a little clunky to manage in other apps. The filters also work well, particularly for stores managing many products/SKUs. We found the best part of the app is the service they provide. They are responsive, take time to understand the issue and implement a fix.

We spent months testing several Shopify apps to import product catalogues into Google Merchant Center... This is BY FAR the most user-friendly and best performing app. Amit is always available to help you when needed, great app support. We look forward to test the beta Facebook catalogue feature which would make this app ESSENTIAL to those Shopify admins exporting product catalogues to both Google and Facebook marketplaces via one single app! Kudos to Amit, keep up the good job :) PS: The answer of Shopify Tech Support to the question "how comes Shopify Google Shopping native app is so buggy?" is surprisingly "we don't consider Google Shopping as a sales channel"... Wake up guys!

Highly recommended! Much better than Google and YouTube APP, I use it for all my feeds. Customer service is fantastic! Resolved the issue with my suspended GMC. Also helped me to correct the schema markup. I can't run my Google shopping ads without it.
