WISH I COULD GIVE THIS APP 0 STAR. TERRIBLE APP. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. PRODUCTS ARE KEPT IN PENDING, CONTACTED SHOPIFY AND GOOGLE SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY ARE NO HELP. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS APP, AS SOON AS ONE ISSUE IS FIXED ANOTHER ONE POPS UP... I GIVE UP!

We used this app and our google ads and merchant account got suspended. This is the very risky app to use. We are not sure now how we can active our account again

Terrible app. Never been able to publish my products to google although I completed all the needed steps. Products are kept in (pending) status forever. Contacted Shopify support, but they were not able to help. In my merchant account, it seems that products were not synced at all and there is no product feed. I will uninstall the app and find another platform to sell my products. Shopify is a disappointment.

Very sad to see this app not be everything we wished for. The app caused our Google Merchant account and Google Ads account both to be suspended and we just can't get it back cause a lot of issues and we are loosing lots of business due to this. Very disappointing and main issues are due to the information not being transferred over to Google from Shopify in the right manner which causes google to think you are fraud due to missing information... Talked to lots of experts and they all say its because of the Google App on Shopify its very disappointing. Would not recommend it.

Bad app with constant issues with products. One day the products will all be kicked off the app for no reason. Hasn't generated any traffic for the site. You are better off just sticking with the SEO-generating search.

I was wondering if there is any documentation about this app, my changes doesn't seem to sync, also I was wondering if there is a way to push all the products again, I was not able to find any option. Once a change is made I also was not able to find any status like "processing" or any indication that my changes are being taken in consideration, any help will be appreciated.

Wasted so many phone calls. They couldn't keep appointments straight. They couldn't keep straight what website they were calling about and I guess they have to rebook for a new day if its not exactly the topic and website they are calling about. Oh and they won't rebook for you over the phone on the call. You have to then play email tag back and fourth for many more days before they set a time. But don't expect to get anything done when they call again! They spend the first 5 min trying to get off the phone and convince you to rebook because they thought it was for another domain or something else. Wasted so many phone calls and never got anything even started to be set up. Avoid if you can!

Okay right outta the gate there's a problem. I just signed up and I had to verify myself 3 times yet the app keeps telling me I'm not verified. And now I can't even find it in my list of installed apps Gnome Goods

This app was working perfectly fine for us up until around 30th DEC 2022 but maybe it quit prior to that? Since then, we've had no product updates and as a result, our pricing on Google is incorrect. We've tried uninstalling the app, and connecting our Google account again but still, no products are being synced. Also it's saying many products will expire....need help please!

My products are stuck pending approval for weeks. It says 3-5 business days but it's been almost a month and no updates.

Tengo problemas permanentes para sincronizarlo con la tienda. He ido incorporando categorías de los listados de productos google, he ido haciendo mejoras, pero siempre terminan dando un error a los productos.

There is no option to bulk edit missing fields and the app is very slow. Would take me years to edit the missing fields 1 by 1. Pointless app.

No content API updates since Dec 29th and now all of our products risk expiring in Merchant Center. I will strongly consider switching to a competitor platform after over 5 years of business with you if this is not fixed imminently. This incompetence may result in us not being able to advertise our products which is mandatory to generate sales. Please get this fixed ASAP.

O app funcionava bem, mas a partir de 4 de janeiro de 2023 parou de funcionar. Todos meus produtos saíram do Merchant Center, e na shopify, quando tento configurar o app Google, o mesmo dá erro. Mesmo quando funcionava o app ainda tinha umas limitações, obrigava o usuário à fazer muito retrabalho preenchendo informações que já são preenchidas no cadastro do produto, e que precisam ser informadas novamente no app Google. De qualquer forma, se voltar a funcionar tá perfeito por enquanto.

Die App ist seit dem 2 Januar Schrott keine API Syncro mehr, shopify weiss selber nicht was los ist. Leider bis jetzt keine Hilfe bekommen.

Impossible to synch our custom labels and other google fields since the end of december. The guys at Shopify dev team should understand ASAP that fixing this issue with this app is a MANDATORY PRIORITY ! How could you guys ignore the STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE of Google Shopping for your customers being e-shop owners ? It's been 3 weeks people are complaining here and all we read is "we'll get back to you sometime soon or later". SERIOUSLY ? Your greedy top management must have fired far too many dev people ! If not solved before the end of next week, we'll switch all our shops to another platform were we might finally benefit from GA4 before the very very last day of UA support !

Shopify has not sent an API sync to Google since December 29th. Prior to that only a few, random sync's where sent. All of our products on Google Merchant Center expired. Shopify customer support was made aware of the issue and so far no help.

Sempre tem alguma coisa errada nos anuncios, você corrige tudo oque eles estão pedindo, e apos corrigir aparece outro erro, estou testando a listagem gratuita para ver se faço uma campanha paga ou não, mas parece que o google faz de tudo para a sua listagem "gratuita não ser aprovada", eu corrigi todo os erros que eles pediram, muitos dos meus produtos foram classificados como "adultos", e que por isso não foram aprovados para o shopping, na minha loja vendo artigos para casa, oande que isso e produto "adulto" ?...o google fala que a minha listagem gratuita foi aprovada, porem o search console fala que o site não foi aprovado, eu não sei em quem eu acredito.

Google makes it sound like that is so easy. I have been going around and around with this Google Merchant, Ads, Campaigns, and other requirements. Something is always wrong and no customer support. Google just wants you to pay more and more. Very unhappy.
