Once setup, very easy to use. The customer service help from Google on getting setup was actually amazing. Usually, contacting anyone from Google is difficult, timely, and confusing where the customer service rep Jmac (Google Merchant Center) was awesome.

Can you tell me if the purchase goal is tracked automatically when integrating Shopify with GA4, or does it need to be set up through GTM?
Hi! If you use the GA4 connection through the app, you do NOT need to set up GTM yourself as well. This would potentially double tag your events. The App was built to do this for you! If you have any other questions, please reach out via Get Support in the upper right of the app!
