Merchant Center is showing misrepresentation due to Shopify and Google not talking to one another - information not syncing - Help! there is an issue here and it appears I am not the only one.

I mean if you want an app that runs like dialup get this one. since most of you are not old enough to know what dialup is, it was the first type of internet connection and it was extremely slow. (grandmother here) Anyway this app is like dialup. I have a 1000+ products and it seriously takes me 15 minutes to get to the last product. there are no page numbers to select or filters or anything to make finding products in anyway easy. it also loads all of your draft and archived products to make it even more cumbersome. It is showing errors that don't exist in the actual merchant centre. seriously use this app if you want to add a massive amount of frustration to your life. Or if you only have 3 products.

Annoying keeps telling me disable Popups no access to them through this app ( if so very hidden) just will not do shit , help centre long kept reasking me my questions basically told me already installed and could do the Popups off thing through chrome which this is not … am also finding the Facebook thing just as daft keeps saying imbedded then connects but then won’t complete the etsy thing is a bit of a rip off they take 6percent so on some goods check your profit one of mine was minus 4.67 then some where zero and doesn’t seem to intergrate well and the ebay holy shit is that a nightmare

Really disappointed in this app. I have spent days trying everything to get my Shopify products to sync with my Google Merchant account, including reaching out to Google, with no success and no one able to help.

does not integrate with shopify. When you try sync shopify with google it just redirects you to this page which the google channel has laready been installed

My products are not being recognized by the google sales channel when I consult them in the app, they are neither approved nor disapproved nor pending. It's as if there are no products on the site, even though they are marked as active in this sales channel in the product settings.

Trying to configure this app for ages. I'm having the same problems in my two stores, I have so many products disapproved with missing GTIN or EAN numbers and I had to mark every single one in Google Merchants manually as a custom product. Also, my G Merchant is not pulling out the correct feed information and I have constant problems with products being disproved. It's a nightmare to work with, lack of support and both Shopify and Google blame each other and I'm the one who is losing here! this is so frustrating!

Sadly the app does not work properly, First my account got suspended and now the app is not working at all and I cant even open it.

guys beware of this app getting all the wrong information from shopify and google merchant center SUSPENDS YOUR ACCOUNTS FOR MISREPRESENTATION your accounts this is beyond horrible app ever someone needs to ban this app ill be calling business bureau soon and report what harm they caused my business

De repente mi tienda se ha desactivado de Google, os he escrito a soporte y nadie me responde. No hay forma de localizar la aplicación en mi perfil para volver a sincronizar los productos y volver a anunciarme, entro en Google Ads y me dice que está todo desactivado y si no respondéis al correo para ayudar a los usuarios en los fallos. Es imposible trabajar y en la época de más ventas.

Awful integration. This app makes it so extremely difficult to do what you're wanting to with merchant listings. Should not be this cumbersome.

I have been trying to fix an issue with my custom items not showing up because Google thinks they should a GTIN or MPN and they do not. I have contacted both Shopify and Google about it. I've tried everything they recommended and they still cannot tell me why my items are asking for this. They're all marked as custom items. I am beyond frustrated.

Ridiculous app, wasted 2 days of my life trying to get this app the even start to sync my products which it flat out refuses to do. No errors, no warnings just nothing happening. Absolutely useless.

Rien ne fonctionne. Les produits ne se synchronisent pas. J'ai 135 produits, tous avec le canal Google activé et les produits disponibles, mais impossible de les retrouver sur mon compte Merchant Center. Le flux API n'a pas été créé automatiquement. Le support Shopify n'est pas compétent, et le support Google ne répond pas. Joie immense.

Trash app, does not work properly. Have a page for refund policy, have it in the navigation menu, have it in the footer and still google sales channel keeps prompting me to add refund policy. Does not work properly.

I think there is a disconnect between this app and Google, Google says it is 3rd party and my products breach there terms because if this app, I have spent time with google who won't tell you what is wrong other than something to do with 4rd party. Been to dhopify help chat, and ended up saying go back to google thinking the only easy is to delete app or delete shopify and start again, I have no idea how to fix this and am getting the run around from google and shopify
