Sadly the app does not work properly, First my account got suspended and now the app is not working at all and I cant even open it.

guys beware of this app getting all the wrong information from shopify and google merchant center SUSPENDS YOUR ACCOUNTS FOR MISREPRESENTATION your accounts this is beyond horrible app ever someone needs to ban this app ill be calling business bureau soon and report what harm they caused my business

De repente mi tienda se ha desactivado de Google, os he escrito a soporte y nadie me responde. No hay forma de localizar la aplicación en mi perfil para volver a sincronizar los productos y volver a anunciarme, entro en Google Ads y me dice que está todo desactivado y si no respondéis al correo para ayudar a los usuarios en los fallos. Es imposible trabajar y en la época de más ventas.

Awful integration. This app makes it so extremely difficult to do what you're wanting to with merchant listings. Should not be this cumbersome.

I have been trying to fix an issue with my custom items not showing up because Google thinks they should a GTIN or MPN and they do not. I have contacted both Shopify and Google about it. I've tried everything they recommended and they still cannot tell me why my items are asking for this. They're all marked as custom items. I am beyond frustrated.

Ridiculous app, wasted 2 days of my life trying to get this app the even start to sync my products which it flat out refuses to do. No errors, no warnings just nothing happening. Absolutely useless.

Rien ne fonctionne. Les produits ne se synchronisent pas. J'ai 135 produits, tous avec le canal Google activé et les produits disponibles, mais impossible de les retrouver sur mon compte Merchant Center. Le flux API n'a pas été créé automatiquement. Le support Shopify n'est pas compétent, et le support Google ne répond pas. Joie immense.

Trash app, does not work properly. Have a page for refund policy, have it in the navigation menu, have it in the footer and still google sales channel keeps prompting me to add refund policy. Does not work properly.

I think there is a disconnect between this app and Google, Google says it is 3rd party and my products breach there terms because if this app, I have spent time with google who won't tell you what is wrong other than something to do with 4rd party. Been to dhopify help chat, and ended up saying go back to google thinking the only easy is to delete app or delete shopify and start again, I have no idea how to fix this and am getting the run around from google and shopify

I have been trying to connect to Google Merchent Centre, but it cant connect with this app. Shopify say call Google support and Google Support Says its 3rd party app, should contact shopify. And here i am stucked wtih both of them, and till the solution need to sort, can someone help me ........

Worst App and No one provide support, I started a campaign for USA as well along side of UK , After some time this app removed the products and started displaying error like currency is not supported. I mean we are in UK and Trying to sell in US

At the moment, the Google channel can only target a single country, which will be based on the selling currency of your shop. This app is crap absolutely crap I have setup the merchant center already and it still can't fetch the entire info and in the country and language dropdown, the dropdown itself isn't working. Absolute waste of time. It is disappointing to see Google written on an app that is on such level of crap.

Does not sync barcodes to the merchant center. This alone renders this app almost pointless, a shopping feed without barcodes...ALL of my barcodes are filled in on Shopify, it does not sync the field. I have tried multiple hacks and fixes to work around this, but nothing works. Thousands of people seem to have the same problem, amazed it's Shopify own developed app. For extra credit, When you manually add them in the google merchant center, Shopify then wipes them.

I installed this app and i keep getting missing value Gender, Size, Color, and age group i've filled out the all the sections more then five times. what to do? I see a lot of people are having problems. should i just delete and for get this app? need help and advice.

i have been attempting to remove channels from Google merchant center for several months. It is a terribly cavernous workflow to get simple things done. Just an awful experience.

Looking for a better app. This one does not pass free shipping form app shipping profiles, very unfortunate. UPDATE: I received VERY elaborated answer from the customer service of Shopify, which is very impressive. And it DID help me to solve MY problem. Unfortunately it still confirms the inability of this application to deal with shipment profiles from other applications. BRAVO to the Shopify support!
