Duo to the problem has been solved, I give another 4 stars review. I hope the best way to fix a problem is not to give a bad review.

Like others, over the span of a week, all of our products expired and we ended up with no active items on our Google Merchant account. We tried to solve the issue on our own, not really expecting to succeed, especially after seeing so many similar situations reported in these reviews. We are not sure if it will help anyone else, but we did discover that our primary feed had been deleted. We reconnected that and after 36 hours were very pleasantly surprised to see all of the item were active again.

App works as intended. Great help from Mario and Rolly @ Shopify team. It's only a connector and nothing wrong with the app to connect to google merchant/ads. Google team is very strict on your policies listed on your website.

Tis ok. It takes a lot to get on. Instructions not clear. Wish you could talk to humans. Finally got it to work.

I struggled with setting up this app at first I fixed some of the issues I was having thus far. I do have a question though, is there a way I can get my products to show without the GTIN or MPN number?

La app de google channel si funciona bien, pero por alguna razon tengo un problema al momento de quitar o borrar los anuncios no se borran por completo ya van como dos anuncios que e borrado pero aun me muestra que los anuncios aun siguen activos.

App is great and easy, but we are having problems to synchronize BARCODE information with Google GTIN. We've created all the products with the barcode but in merchant center this information is missing... I've sent you a message but nobody answer me. Could you help us? Regards.

Was pretty straight forward to setup. Ran into a couple issues connecting it to my Google Ads account, but was able to figure it out. Waiting for my products to connect to the Merchant Centre.

Good I suppose but why does it keep saying 'Google has noticed that you haven’t completed the Google Ads checklist.' in my Shopify home? All the items on the checklist are green ticked and my account is working fine but this annoying message won't disappear.

Could be better but gets the job done. Seems it does not update frequently with the status of the google merchant account.

All of the steps are defined. I am still waiting for product approval. I had to make changes several times, after receiving errors on my products. It would be helpful if the Google form would make the required form fields red. Also, I had products with multiple colors. The form required me to enter the color of my product. There is no guidance on this.

This is a good app. Very simple and easy to use and navigate. Overall user experience is also satisfactory.

We sell pre-owned watches, and it is hard to find the codes Google requires. There is no gtin or mpn per se, and they aren't custom items. Please advise

It would be great to have something developed for hand made products so its quicker with a YES OR NO BUTTON
