In GA we have multiple accounts, each with multiple properties. We are trying to connect this app to one of the accounts, but it keeps defaulting to the same one with no option to choose. Is there a way around this?

The same happened to me. A total disaster of configuration inside Shopify. This is one review left before me. "I have entered and double-checked the contact information in my store a thousand times. Customers can access the page - Contact Form, a link to my contact information and pages on social networks. There is an e-mail at the bottom of the page. Shopify support has confirmed that I have done everything correctly. And after all this, the app answers me that Google verification is not passed." So Shopify says I'm good but when you enter your account at Shopify, it is still not connected.

Click on the blue text: "Confirm that you've added contact information to your online store" and a popup should present itself then click okay. That should then resolve that open checklist item for you and unblock your onboarding. I will reach out directly to you to ensure this resolved your issue.

No support or any details whom to contact. Need someone to get back to me, this thing has created 3 tags that I do not recognize and have no Idea how to remove them. Deleting the app does nothing.

Avoid! Worst support ever. You will only get copy and paste answers that are generic so look for another app. I cannot understand why Google does not put just a bit effort into this. I have started 4-5 support tickets with no-value reply and they seem not really interested to solve, in some cases, they reply back to Shopify. The conversion value does not work correctly between the app and Analytics/AdWords. Incorrent title displays between Merchant Center and Shopify.

Hi I will improve the star rating once I get some help! I have the refund and terms of service policies linked from the footer nav, but the app is saying I still need to have this done. I'm not sure what else I can do. This is for herdandgrace.com. Merchant Center options are all grayed out until this is resolved. RESOLVED - GREAT APP, great customer service

The best way to get support is through the Get Support link within the app. In the meantime, Onboarding with the Google & YouTube App requires your Shopify Store to have the sections within Settings > Policies filled out. I've followed up with you through private email to ensure we can resolve your issue.

Es ist nicht möglich ein bestehendes Merchant Konto zu verbinden. Lediglich wenn man über die App ein neues Merchant Konto erstellt funktioniert es. Vom Support keine Antwort erhalten.

You should be able to connect an existing Merchant Center Account as long as you have admin access to that Merchant Center account and it is the same google user account you are using on step 1 of this app. I've reached out to you privately over email to try to help you resolve this issue.

This app doesn't let you push the required Variants info to the merchant center. - The app appends the Product name + Variants options in the title attribute for content API by default - The "color" field is disabled in the Bulk edit page for variants. - "Custom labels" are disabled in the Buld edit page for variants. - ***missing Feed attributes*** on the Content API prevent you from fixing the issues aftermath using Feed Rules. I would love to see google to atleast offer all the required listing fields to shopify users.

Impossible to get a human. Just a trash service even though we are spending thousands on Google Ad's. Another big tech dumpster fire. My dream is that AI levels their business.

PCTechSupply.com uses Google advertising and it has been an absolute excellent integration for free remarketing and dynamic free listings on Google's shopping network. The only downside to this is that it is limited on what you can sell based on Google's policies, however, for most people this is a quick and seamless way to get your items listen and seen. Thank you!

Alles ist von Shopify aus leicht und übersichtlich steuer- oder einsehbar was Google angeht. Die dahinter liegenden Anforderungen und Prüfungen liefert shopify gleich mit und so habe ich im nachhinein gleich festgestellt gibt es sogar die Produkttabelle die Google benötigt um Werbung zu machen. Ein geführtes 2 Tage Training bei Shopify oder von Google bezogen auf Shopify hätte ich mir sehr gewünscht. Die gesamte Shopify - Google Welt ist immens groß und man kommt nicht wirklich voran wenn man dann doch eine Fehlermeldung hat. Der Support ist dann eher mäßig und verweist auf allgemeine Docs mit vielen Seiten und ungenauen Lösungsansätzen. Nichts desto trotz ist die App in Shopify super und die beste Hilfestellung die es gab.

Great app, works as it suppose to and update all products automatically. Would like to suggest to add multiple feed option for international merchants to list items to multiple countries with different currency and URLs, as setup in shoplifty markets.

I got all my account suspend by google merchant. All my google merchant does not work now and when you talk to support, no one is able to help you on the shopify team. Furthermore, it creates new merchant account on google by itself. I am removing it .

I am very frustrated with the Google merchant center. My account gets suspended every time in try to post a product. I have had Shopify for two months with only two sales. Google isn't clear about what misrepresentation mean. I tried to follow the whole list still not difference, watch and tried a whole bunch of YouTube and still in the same place. Not sure what to do now. Please help with some constructive help not any vague details. The suspension still the same.Thanks

The app looks a bit different from the screenshots included in its app store page. I wanted to access the product list (this is shown in the first screenshot of the app), but there seems no way to open the same product list page.

App is causing major issues when adding new products on shopify. The new products are not being picked up correctly by the app. Only by chance I spotted the issue in the bulk editor (which is a nightmare). I raised a support call with Shopify only to be told it is a google issue and speak to them. Poor show from Shopify. I will be selecting a paid app to manage the interface and may move away from Shopify if the situation does not improve. Please help rather than brush me off.
