This App is Pathetic , PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT BECAUSE IT IS FREE. i made that mistake. This app will give you NO WAY TO FIX ERRORS , you will have to hire individuals from other sites to correct errors in your feed. PLEASE DO YOURSELF FAVOR and install the "simprosys Feed app" . They give you option to bulk edit and you can add Gender , age , all that with a few Click easily and fix the error .SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE please don't INSTALL THIS APP TO SET UP YOUR GOOGLE SHOPPING FEED.

This app is not very good. It uploads all my products without letting me know what fields are required and then makes the account suspended for incorrect info. What Wouldn't it be better to: 1. Display what is incorrect 2. Do not let incorrect info get submitted 3. Once corrected, allow for submission. 4. Avoid unnecessary account suspensions and friction.. Current state: 1. Upload, incorrect, straight ban.

Simple to set up, but doesn't work, seems like a bug to me. The products are not syncing to the Merchant Center. Under each product, it says "Google has noticed that your shop does not meet Google's requirements." Yet, when you look at the Google channel settings it says "Your shop meets Google Merchant Center's basic requirements".

okay experience, a few issues getting my products to show on google says my products are not synced, store not setup properly. please help

I can't see the products I synced from shopify in the google merchant center, and the system does not clearly indicate the reason.

Doesn't work, at all. Products won't sync. Support team has no ETA of when it will be fixed (could be weeks or months).

Simply does not work. Products do not meet requirements in one section, do in another. Nonsensical.

My Merchant Center Account got suspended due to violation of ad policy. Google did not indicate what issue it really is. This is not Shopify's problem though but I do not see any support to avoid that happen. I do tick check list each by each. Also the prices on the same product page can not be sync well with Google channel. Google can only detect one price in one product page otherwise an error shows up. For example, I offer 3 kinds of soup trays in one page with different prices. Sorry, google does not recognise it.

Every 30 days this app is putting my business in a terrible Setback with lost time and money. This app is supposed to renew the items automatically before they expire, so they are always active. And although I was promised by the support team that this will not reoccur.. It Does. Not only that it happens and I need to keep a daily check on the Merchant account, I’m waiting for days for it to start renewing items, and e-mailing the support team every morning with a screenshot of the merchant account, and every day I have fewer items to advertise less traffic and less or no sales. The time to fix this, the loss of business and money on advertising is overwhelming. A real bad experience.

apparently my product cant be advertised because it 'enables users to gain access to unauthorized data- like if it was a hacking device' so guess what is it that I am selling. A camera. A camera with only function the one to do recording. Meanwhile, cellphones , smartwatches, laptops and all kinds of devices with included cameras and millions of additional functions (and dont tell me a smartphone doesnt enable users possibility to hacking but a simple telecamera does) are being advertised nevertheless. Injust and doesnt make any sense. And as if it wasnt bad enough, even support says they cant do anything about it and that the policies stand correct. Google, either sue yourself because you are advertising products you say you cant or allow me to advertise them because you are doing the same with millions of other products

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this app but in the past it has run fine. On my new site, I setup the feed on Google Merchant, and the whole site was imported including items unmarked for Google Shopping, which included items that Google does not want to promote at this time (ex: cloth face masks). This got the account suspended and I have been talking with Google for at least 2 months jumping through hoops but I'm really running in circles. I'm not sure what I can do at this point.

Everything is set up and synchronized, but not one book is ever displayed on Google. The Shopify support does not respond to any message. I recommend NOT to use the app!
Hi, I'm Cíara from Shopify support, thanks for taking the time to leave a review for us, we always appreciate hearing from our merchants. For products to show in Google, you need to run a Smart Shopping Campaign, which takes up to 30 days to completely be synced and optimised across. We respond back to all emails, but when you send an email from the "Get Support" button, it goes from the email address under Settings > General and "Account Email". Have you checked that inbox for any responses? I'll follow up with you via email for some more information and get this sorted. Cíara | Shopify Support

If you make a mistake to let the app "automatically" import your shipping settings, it will completely wipe out all shipping settings you may created manually. Also, the imported settings will not be applied to Shopping actions (the app does not know about shopping actions, because, like many other apps provided by Shopify it is about 18-24 month behind in functionality). As the result, you will be completely screwed! Bottom line: the app provides limited functionality and causing a lot of harm

It is true that if you select automatic shipping settings, we wipe what's in your Google Merchant Center account, and we can definitely make that more obvious, and I'll pass that up to our team. We don't support Shopping Actions because right now it's only available in two countries, but we do support Surfaces Across Google, for free listings on Google. App it total crap. Take forever to sync product to merchant. Waste of time. Not recommended ever to anyone

I'm running online grocery store, I guess it only works with t-shirt businesses. My account got suspended. Not sure why!

If I could give this app negative reviews, I would. Since the latest update, we have had nothing but sync problems, and have now lost THOUSANDS of dollars in sales over the past two weeks because the app doesn't connect or sync to google.
