I just spent 2 days fixing my listings for Google. One item was the identifier existing. Since I have vintage items it was a very confusing 2 days! You cannot find it anywhere in the directions for both Shopify or Google! Also I have a couple of vintage dolls and a vintage Evenflo baby bottle that is being reviewed for sexual and inappropriate listing! I wish these apps were for user friendly for those of us that are not programmers.

Until a few days ago, if you went to "Manage products" from the Google App on Shopify you were able to manage Google Merchant fields such as custom label, Google category, etc. Now it doesn't seem to work anymore, I go to Manage Products on Google and doesn't work. What happened?

I can only assume the issue comes from here: gtag (Google Tag Manager) is the biggest third party offender in terms of blocking execution (taking about half a second) as reported by PageSpeed. I downloaded the theme to be sure and there's no reference in code. We have no Custom Pixels. We only set it up through the "Google & Youtube" Sales Channel.

Nice app and does what it says it should do. Coming from other experiences it's very nice. However, how is there no sort or filter for managing products to edit them? It's just an infinite scroll? Who thought this up? I have 1600+ SKUS and to make edits on an infinite scroll page is absolutely mind meltingly tedious work. Please fix and I would happily give 5 stars.

Terrible user experience because there are no explanations OR the reasons do not make sense to the user. Lack of clarity as to whether information is required or optional. No explanation as to how my store is helped by providing i9nformation in many cases.

Difficult to get all products labeled with a Barcode when dropshipping. Some products are not updated properly from designer/seller. And when you searching the product to retrieve said barcode can be impossible to find. I have still yet to identify what constitutes as the item barcode.

This app isn't working very well it is not reflecting what my Shopify store shows. My shipping delivery days are between 3-5 days, Google shows 11-12 days and is not way to fix it.

In the "Settings" tab within the app you will want to make sure "Automatically import shipping settings" is enabled. Then as long as you've configured rates or backup rates (if using a realtime checkout calculator) we can sync it. Het lukte mij in het begin niet zo goed om deze te koppelen. Echter blijven zoeken en de extra hulp op shopify hielpen mij enorm. Nu alles gekoppeld is, hoop ik iets hoger te scoren op Google. Thanks Google

I want people to be able access things like our trading hours, location and our online shop with ease so they can view our various New Zealand handmade products. I also want them to search for products listed on our online store. I have noticed that if someone searches for a product on Google for example Woolen Jersey, for some reason my store does not come up this can be a little fustrating

Good app, just YouTube tends to knock my Channel for the most baseless of 'offenses'. I do enjoy using YouTube for all of my music needs

Good to get all your products into Google's Free shopping ads, but that is where the functionality ends. There is nothing in the ap we can find having to do with set up for "Performance Max" and we are unable to customize the product feed. All products are in a single feed, so that if you want start any Google Ads you have to include all your products listed in the free shopping ads that are in the single API product feed, so there can only be one ad campaign. Unable to focus a campaign on an individual product line.

So far it's good, as expected. It's made things easy for me, but its need more improvement and need to improve more .
