je trouve qu il fait un bon travail, surtout quand on n a pas beaucoup de produit
Too slow in approving your products plus the majority of items they disapprove for missing color, gender, size, etc. Too much hassle to fix. On Shopify end everything is correct.
After getting the app connected it only added 19 items to our Google Merchant account, out of over 250. I have verified that all the items have the Google / YouTube sales channel enabled. This plugin doesn't work and show be removed from Shopify.
The Google Customer Reviews integration is extremely frustrating and appears undercooked for Shopify’s current checkout architecture. The “Google Customer Reviews” opt-in block can be added to the Thank You page, but the block itself instructs merchants to install a “Google survey extension” — which does not appear to exist anywhere in the Shopify App Store or inside the Google & YouTube app. The integration also appears to struggle with Merchant Center parent/child account structures. Stores using a Merchant Center MCA with sub-accounts may find that the app connects ambiguously or fails to render the correct Customer Reviews opt-in, even where the correct sub-account has Google Customer Reviews enabled. Most concerningly, Google’s own support response was to tell us to manually install Google Customer Reviews JavaScript on Shopify’s checkout Thank You page. That is not a practical answer: Shopify’s upgraded Thank You / Order Status pages do not allow arbitrary checkout scripts, which is precisely why this app block is supposed to exist. In short: the advertised Customer Reviews integration does not appear reliable, the instructions inside the block are unclear, and support seems to provide legacy script advice that is incompatible with modern Shopify checkout.
