Nothing works. How is this possible? Google should be better than this. I have followed all the steps - multiple times - and still nothing works.

I've been trying to link this channel to my Shopify account for six months. Support from Google is poor. I don't get responses when I email. It's difficult to navigate all of the requirements. I eventually hired a third party to try and navigate the maze for me, but even they had trouble. I understand that the online market is saturated since Covid; however, treating potential business partners this way is unprofessional. I use Google in my personal life and this lack of support has also altered the way that I feel as a customer.

No support to assist with usage. Immediately got suspended for misrepresentation and upon trying to do the right thing and fix it was ablsolutely upable to get any form of assistance to find what the issue related to. Given up on google and will use other channels instead. Good to know Google like to support small businesses - Not!!! After such a terrible experience I am looking to move all paid services away from Google now.

I am very disappointed! And now its very difficult to even use when adding products. For some unknown reason Shopify & this Google app had REMOVED the editing metafields from the product page in admin. Do you know what this effects? It makes it almost impossible when you have a product, you have sizes, colors, gender, new/used etc. & when you have to bounce OUT of the product page, go to the app, select all the columns you need that were once on the product page then have to scroll FARR to the right and back left, then have to go back to item you just added to get the size color etc. makes it VERY UNPLEASANT! MAKES ME NOT WANT TO EVEN USE IT ANYMORE! NOT GOOD. So I have to have my website up, go to the products I just posted (which can be many) & a preset page with the columns I need is just ridiculous. Now I have to have 3 different tabs open just to create a product and to use the Google app All I have to say is PUT THE GOOGLE METAFIELDS BACK ON THE PRODUCT PAGE ...please thank you PS. whoever had the bright idea of removing the metafields from the product page, should be fired...& I would sign off on that! KATIE BROWN! & sorry for being so blunt but, this really does create alot of issues, not user friendly anymore. 1/26/2024 update! Still same issues, but now bulk editing load time is basically unusable with over 800 products. I cleared all cache etc, & im on a desktop! The platform needs work on the continuous scroll feature, even from side to side! Plus still, they do not have a sort feature on their bulk edit! So you have to load ALL PRODUCTS to get to the one you need! Unreal! **So please everyone, make this suggestion to fix this via feedback or reviews. Who wants to waste alot of time fiddling with an app just to get your products correct to surface on google!

Very disappointing, I find Shopify difficult to manage, I'm less than impressed so I've decided to move my website to a different platform that is more user-friendly.

It's so disappointing that it's hard to believe it's a Google product. I've tied in with my Google account, but the last step of adding a channel always fails with the message "can't connect youtube channel. I tried many times in a few days and it still says the same thing. I've seen people on reddit in the same situation and the problem has not been solved. There is not even a reason.

Aplicativo esta atrasando a minha vida, ela esta buscando produtos que não estão mais na minha loja não estou conseguindo entender isso. Eu já tirei o produto da loja, não esta lá, so se existe algum lugar secreto que eu não estou enxergando, misericórdia, não tem suporte ? achei que iria facilitar a minha vida e esta apenas atrasando tudo, como pode puxar produto que não esta mais na loja, alguém explica isso ?

THIS IS NOT A HIGHLY RECOMMEND APP ONE MINUTE ALL MY PRODUCTS WERE APPROVED AND BECAUSE OF ONE OR TWO PRODUCTS GOOGLE SUSPEND THE ENITRE ACCOUNT IF YOUR A DROPSHIPPER AND DONT KNOW HOW TO GET GTIN THIS APP IS NOT RECOMMED UNLESS YOU WANNA ALWAYS BE SUSPENDED. NO SUPPORT ALL THEY DO IS EMAIL NO LIVE PERSON TO GUIDE NOR VIDEO WITH INSTRUCTION WITH CONS AND PROS FOR DIFFERENT SHOPIFY SELLERS. THIS APP THE WORST THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE LUCK TO SEE GOOGLE CHANNEL MADE CHANGES. IF CHANGES MADE IT WAS NEVER FOR BETTER ALWAYS WORST

Absolutely horrific. No customer support. Very obscure process. I am an artist and they marked one of my oil paintings as sex trafficking! Idiots. The painting is abstract and it showed a nipple.

Google sucks. I can not advertise my brand which I am an authorized dealer, have the brand name in my URL, or do anything that would actually help people searching for the brand I sell to find me on google shopping ads. I tried to send them the contact information for them to verify that I am an authorized dealer, but they keep telling me I am misrepresenting and making a false claim about my relationship with the company I have a contract with to sell their products. Most attorneys would call this Tortious interference, so it looks like my next step is a lawsuit against Google for interference with my contract to sell a name brand, and for driving customers to their protected big store dealers that pay them thousands of dollars to keep small businesses as mine suppressed.
