Using it for GA4.0 but the analytics is very different from actual figure. Support is not helpful either.

Was notified after a few days my shop was suspended due to website needs improvement. After contacting them by email. I have not receive any instructions on how to fix the problem or where in the website it needs improvement in.

If you feel that you have resolved the issues or it is being applied in error, you can request a review (instructions on how to do so are in the article above). One thing we noticed was on the product page for your Café con Bochince (Gossip with coffee) Candle under the "Add to Cart" button there appears to be a broken text/link from your Shopify theme. You will want to resolve that on that page and others. Frustration after frustration. I am getting a misrepresentation violation but I can't understand how my business is misrepresenting itself? Everything is legitimate, the products offered are officially licensed products. How is that a misrepresentation? The violation list I am shown when I sign into my merchant account is also vague, there is no way for me to know which one I am violating. If I can get a clear direction on which specific violation I am committing that would be helpful, but at this point my account is constantly getting suspended which I do not believe is my fault.

Utterly terrible and simply unable to setup. The App is asking us to add a refund policy when there is one already. Google support offer no help and Shopify can't help ether, Uninstalled.

After trying all possible support option i am writing this review! My Google Merchant account was all set and i was using a third party app to connect my shopify products with Google Merchant. When i found this official app i was happy to see this and I moved to this App. After few days I got email my account is suspended due to "Misrepresentation" After doing All review from my end and trying to update my website more better i requested review but nothing works. I contacted Support Live chat of Google Merchant many time and they even also says everything is perfect and when they forward my request to Team for review again it say misrepresentation. Our store is following all google guideline provided by google on their support pages but the reason of rejection was always same "misrepresentation" when i ask i happy to fix it but give me some exact guide and they always refuse to explain. they says to read support form again and again. After tried everything I delete my old merchant account by thinking it might be glitch and i again created new one on same email and unfortunately after 3 days of working it again suspended with same reason. I did a lot of changes and testing many things and done many reviews but no one able to guide me what actually the issue is. Once a live chat person guide me about the speed issue might be the rejection reason I fixed it as well. My business details are all clear. my product description, images, titles EVERYTHING is perfect. I have option for customer to review, i have all policies page with proper explanation. Our business selling only those product that are allow by google and so one. everything was fine but I always see misrepresentation AND NO MORE SUPPORT. I wish if someone give me exact guide i immediately solve the issue but at least tell your users what we missed. I have verified merchant on Pinterest and we have all social media active only missing to list our business on google and it looks like: GOOGLE ignore new startup! wish to get a good response after this! I would love to update this review very soon to tell users GOOGLE Team finally helps me and i able to list my product again, wishing for better luck. THANNK YOU.

The app still doesnt gives me accurate data in GA4. In UA i get half of the income than the actual, but it would be okay if the GA4 would be correct, but the GA4 gives me even less (1/3 of the actual income)

Doesn't work. I have to update Google Center directly and then it resets and I have to start over again.

This app is a total disaster. Following all setup steps and spending a lot of time to present all our products diligently, we got banned by Google, and then spent months trying to find out how to unblock our account. Until today we haven't succeeded. They keep sending us vague emails, telling us to read endless articles and policies and guess what we might have done wrong. Not only is this treatment pretty arrogant and condescending to a merchant with absolutely no intention to do any harm. It's also completely disrespectful of our time. We have wasted so much time on this topic with no outcome. The monopoly that a company like Google holds unfortunately allows them to treat merchants like this.

Too many data discrepancies! The dataLayer implemented thanks to the Google Ads integration is not deployed properly - for some purchases it works, for some others it doesn't. Impossible to know why.

We use Google & Youtube app to track data for Google Analytics 4, but it does not provide correct conversions and revenue. GA4 shows only about half the revenue of shopify sales. I can understand that the data of the two cannot be exactly the same, but the current data is too different, which proves that the data is abnormal and we cannot accept it. Is there a way to calibrate the data?

Can;t even log in after installing the thing. Can't use it AT ALL. This app has reached its sign-in rate limit for now. Google limits how quickly an app can get new users. You can try signing in again later, or ask the developer ([email protected]) to increase this app's sign-in rate limit.

I am not very happy with this app at all. GA4 Analytics, just does not deliver correct Data. Always Purchases or Add to Cart Values are missing. Also the Sales appear earliest 1 day after. in Google Universal Analytics the Sales Data appeared just a max 15min later. How can this be solved?

Trying to figure out google ads and why they keep suspending my ads accounts and having issues with my listings has gone on for months. We've paid people, spoken to their 'help' desk so many times it's absurd. they should have videos step=by-step on how to set up successful merchant centers and ad accounts. Now I have 2 suspended ads accounts and merchant accounts with issues that we keep fixing and then get suspended. It's terrible.

If you use 3rd party product feed this will brake it. If you think it will simplify GA4 and google ads Tag it will not, if you using other app for your product feed. It will install and link GA4 but to install and link google ads tag YOU need to use there feed! there is no option in the app NOT to send feed, there is no option in merchant centre to choose your feed either. So once you disconnect on this app from merchant centre it will disconnect and delete google ads Tags as well. SO if you use other app for you product feed and thinking about simplifying tags this will not work in fact this will override and brake your feed. Customer support will just paly ping pong among 'departments' and will close your case after about 2nd caned response. Ogh and be careful with Performance Max campaigns will throttle your ads to click farms. Edit: apparently this app stopped 'purchase' tracking after 1/Jul. so NO you can't even import conversions from GA4 to ads. And yes i'm being bounced around google departments again. At this point its just funny how bad things are. Before thinking about monetarization could you google folks just create APP that sorts tags out???!!! Its BASIC and most important first step to connect to you! And yet its in absolute shambles

Just to clarify, GA4 tagging and free listings / ads conversion tracking are two separate tag mechanisms for setting up conversion tracking. You do not need to connect your Merchant Center account to the Google & YouTube app to set up your GA4 tagging or to track conversions through GA4. If you’d like to track conversions through GA4, once you’ve connect your GA4 account / property to the Google & YouTube app, follow these steps [https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/10632359?hl=en] to import conversions to ads. If you delete the Google & YouTube app, only tags set up through the app will be deleted and can be set up again if you reinstall / connect. Not working in My site because our oficial european currency BGN is not supported from GOOGLE. Bulgaria is in European Union but not for Google. I can't check the Target country and language options BECAUSE they determine store currency: Bulgarian Lev (BGN)

The same happened to me. A total disaster of configuration inside Shopify. This is one review left before me. "I have entered and double-checked the contact information in my store a thousand times. Customers can access the page - Contact Form, a link to my contact information and pages on social networks. There is an e-mail at the bottom of the page. Shopify support has confirmed that I have done everything correctly. And after all this, the app answers me that Google verification is not passed." So Shopify says I'm good but when you enter your account at Shopify, it is still not connected.

No support or any details whom to contact. Need someone to get back to me, this thing has created 3 tags that I do not recognize and have no Idea how to remove them. Deleting the app does nothing.

Avoid! Worst support ever. You will only get copy and paste answers that are generic so look for another app. I cannot understand why Google does not put just a bit effort into this. I have started 4-5 support tickets with no-value reply and they seem not really interested to solve, in some cases, they reply back to Shopify. The conversion value does not work correctly between the app and Analytics/AdWords. Incorrent title displays between Merchant Center and Shopify.
