Gooten: Print on Demand

I use a variety of PoD vendors, and LOVE some of the unique items we can get at Gooten. Our niche is specifically towards the fashion/pageant industry and our customers have really enjoyed the items and come back for more. They don't have the biggest apparel variety, but their other items are top-notch!

I really like this app compared to other print on demand companies. The interface is really easy to use and support has been fantastic to deal with. They also have a nice selection of products. So far I am very happy with them.

Once I got into a groove as far as my own learning curve went, this app is AWESOME, the prices are great and the customer service is superb. Love Gooten! I would love to see more baby nursery items too! Wall decals would be Amazing!

The app is pretty easy to use. I still couldn't figure out 100% how to use it. But I think it is so much better then other print on demand services. PRICES ARE FAR BETTER AS WELL!!!

I often need specialty phone models and gooten is the only manufacturer that carries them. Luckily they are also very easy to work with and the customer service is great and personal.

Great variety of quality products. Great print quality. A phone # would be nice, but emails work fine for their customer service.

I use this app to drop ship a handful of pet items and a few other products. I mostly use Gooten though for pet beds and the quality is amazing. My customers love the beds too! Absolutely great company for drop shipping and amazing customer service. I highly recommend you check them out.

I've been using Gooten for a variety of products for almost two years now -- service has always been fast and professional. Support is prompt and the team is very responsive to suggestions. It's a huge plus to have them handling supply chain issues. Highly recommend them!

I've loved using this app. It's so easy to connect with my store and I love being able to offer unique products with my own designs on them without worrying about the manufacturing and shipping.

Note: I've only printed stickers from Gooten. I do not use the drop shipping features. The vinyl stickers are great--the quality feels sturdy. There have been incidences where the images have come out a bit grainy, however their email team responds immediately with a solution. Great customer service.

We have tried a number of POD fulfillment providers and no one is as good as Gooten. We love them and plan on using them for years and years to come!

I really love the Gooten App. It's helped me launch products that I wouldn't have otherwise been able to sell. The installation process is a breeze and the API connection makes everything so simple for me. When a customer buys a product from my Shopify store that is linked through Gooten, I do not have to touch anything, Gooten does it all. Their support has also been super helpful, whenever I have a question they answer immediately, even on weekends. I am looking forward to adding more Gooten products to my Shopify Store!

I have been using Gooten for a few years now, and it really helped tremendously in growing my online business. There are some kinks along the way, but they always try their best to resolve it. The prices are competitive and I highly recommend giving them a try!

I was manually placing orders through Canvas on Demand, placing a bunch of other orders through a local printshop for paper posters, and basically if I was on vacation or was out for a few days, orders wouldn't get placed because even my business partner had no idea how I was juggling all these manual tasks and keeping track of manual order confirmation emails, etc. Until I was introduced to Gooten. Gooten solved ALL my problems. My clients place their orders, they get fulfilled automatically, and they receive shipping notifications without me having to do ANYTHING. The setup process was easy, and we were up and running in a couple of weeks - mainly because I was experimenting with a lot of non-essential stuff. POD has a slew of extremely valuable benefits, which prompt a small businesses ability to scale rapidly and minimize risk with new product launches. The agility and adaptability is unparalleled. At times, POD has its flaws, such as wrong product shipped / damage product shipped, or other customer service issues which can lead to tactical execution challenges. Gooten has a phenomenal team to fill in those gaps. I am extremely pleased with the companies product catalogue as well as their value of looking at customers as partners. As my business grows, their business grows. Its nice to know they value me as much as I value them - all with the end customer as the #1 priority. Gooten has proven themselves in strides compared to the other POD companies on Shopify.
