I have moved some products over from printful to Gooten. For the 8 weeks i have been using Gooten 20% of my t-shirt orders are either printed incorrectly or the wrong print entirely. the lack of customer service is very frustrating. i have had to refund orders and the only recourse from Goooten is to reprint the order, not cancel and refund me. i am going back to printful for t-shirts, still a CS mess but less mistakes and better CS.

I used Gooten for POD for about 6 months... All of a sudden multiple orders were not being pushed properly to Gooten. I contacted customer support several times to try to fix the issue. Following their instructions now my entire store will not connect with Gooten. I have emailed, and emailed, and emailed asking for help but their support team is slow to respond and doesn't have any explanations nor solutions. Avoid at all cost...or it might cost you business.

I have been using Gooten for over a year now. For mostly Woven Blankets and desk mats. I have consistently received 5 star reviews on Etsy until the past month. My customers were not getting their products on time. Products were just sitting in production. No messages from Gooten. Then their website started returning 404 errors. They didn't update the facebook group to tell us anything. I had about 5 deskmats come through in one day only for them to charge me for them, the deskmats sit for days and then randomly send me an email saying they are SOLD OUT! I was sending emails daily. Their turn around time for responding to emails is 4 days! 36 business hours! Business hours are 9-5. In the midst of this, my woven blankets started just sitting again in production for long times. My blankets range from $93-$149. They kept telling me that despite what the website says is shipping time, the production is within SLA. Then a full 8 days later they finally sent an email saying their were issues with the production partner. Technical issues. But things are still on track to send out blankets.. Blankets went from shipping in a week to 2.5-3 weeks. I had one order come in I didn't see that was charged so I left it to see if I'd continue with Gooten. It took almost 3 weeks to receive the blanket. The lady sent me a message 2 days ago showing the blanket. It was the worst blanket I've ever seen! Colors were wrong, the images were skewed. It was horrible. I've disconnected all 3 of my stores and deactivated all of my listings. I am done with Gooten! I am moving all of my listings to Shopify. I have purchased a blanket from Shopify and it looks identical to Gooten. Save yourself time and heartache and skip Gooten.

Denied printing my designs of a president even though they fall under parody/fair use
Thank you for your review. Your design was denied due to Donald Trump's likeness and image being protected under personality rights and copyright laws. This includes official presidential photos as well as other pictures of his likeness.

TLDR: Gooten’s shipping charges are outrageous, customer service is slow and unhelpful, my data was compromised, product quality is poor, and their scents are unbearable. I was charged $67 to ship less than 2 lbs of sample orders, so while their pricing may seem competitive initially, just wait until you see the outrageous shipping charges. When I contacted their service team, I was told, “All of our fees are outlined on our website,” despite the buried info. Since it was less than 24 hours after I placed the order, I simply asked them to cancel, but they refused. Their service team is slow, offers mediocre support, expresses zero empathy, and has no urgency. Then, four days after placing my order, I was notified that my account had been part of a data breach. I’m still trying to get details to monitor my identity, but extracting info from them is painful. The quality of the products is sub-par—the AOP hoodie I ordered looks like it was stitched together by a 3rd-grade art class, and without labeling options, it looks cheap and homemade. On top of that, their candle scents are unbearable, smelling extremely synthetic to the point of causing headaches. Would not recommend.

Gooten is the most fragmented disconnected print on demand supplier / Middleman I have used. I thought since they were slightly cheaper than printful it would be worth the switch, but I have had nothing but constant headaches with them. Nothing is seamless you almost have to manually do everything and there is hardly anything online when it comes to support. Seriously don't waste your time here.

I’ve been using this app for more than a year I spent a lot of time setting up all the products and images on my website. I’ve had an ongoing problem with them claiming they’ve sent orders out and when you check the tracking number they’ve never been shipped when you ask UPS they’ve never seen the packages! This is not a one time occurrence but has happened several times now it’s unacceptable . Rather than acknowledged the problem and fix it they continue to make up stories that the packages are lost in transit . They have hurt my reputation with several of my longtime good customers. They will continue to claim they mailed the packages anyway. And when you’re trying to get the reprint sent out it takes three days or more for them to respond often times through email because there’s no phone support Are used to have a manager I could reach out to you now they’re telling me I have to spend $25,000 in Prints every quarter to have access to a manager! In the tbeginning I was satisfied with this service but now it’s turned into a giant headache for me and my customers

I was looking to sell some of their phone cases. I was surprised at the high cost of their Phone case wallet but ordered a sample. VERY CHEAP AND POORLY MADE. Since I paid less for another one at RETAIL cost I expected this one to be very nice since it was more at WHOLESALE cost but it was awful. There customer service is very slow too!

There's hardly any customer service. They are not like the other POD services I used in the past. If you need help you probably won't get any. I am about to cancel my orders and move to another POD in the middle of it.

The worst print on demand company I have ever used. Orders were delayed, customer service took days to respond, then would respond with a canned up, scripted response that did not address the issue, the user interface was extremely slow, at one point it stopped syncing with my shopify store and I didn't know the orders weren't getting printed. The cutting boards image was dull (the same file that came out bright with my other POD). The last straw is when my customer bought a puzzle as a gift and the tracking said it arrived and it never did (I have confirmation from the PO that they never received the package) and then I emailed the Gooten help desk and NO RESPONSE. **If you care at all about your business reputation then do not use Gooten, too risky.

Awful customer service with little to no follow up majority of the time. Had to disable multiple products (tumblers and fanny packs) due to way too many quality control issues -- wrong products from other stores arriving to my customers, fanny packs arriving with the zipper sewn into the seams, items arriving with zippers sticking or strings hanging, prints not aligning properly and tumblers arriving without lids CONSTANTLY. Bottom line, if you're looking for quality products - do not use Gooten, I'm honestly going to remove the app and my account.

LOOK AT ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS THEY HAVE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They don't even bother to respond to these reviews. horrible. cute products. But there is ZERO customer support. The website is so difficult to work. DOES NOT integrate with Shopify at all. I could sell these products like crazy but I can't get it to work with my shopify store and I can't get anyone at Gooten to even try to help me. I have wasted so much time trying to get this vendor to work. Going to delete Gooten if someone doesn't help ASAP. not even worth 1 Star.

It really isn't difficult to hire some VA's in another country to handle your support emails. Going 2 weeks without a reply is unacceptable, and blaming COVID is not an excuse at this point. Hire someone to answer emails, you are still making sales and therefore making money. I will simply have to switch suppliers based on this. The quality is good but not outstanding, the fulfillment times are OK because of COVID but the support is non-existant. Why is it every other POD company is managing to answer emails normally but you can't? Edit: Replying to my review with the same copy-pasted reply for each complaint here really doesn't cut it, sorry isn't enough at this point. Do something about it, you're in a position to do so and it really illustrates your lack of leadership/management skills.

I've been waiting for the response from the support team for more than TWO MONTHS - 2 MONTHS WITHOUT THE REPLY!!! Don't use it if you want to have a reliable partner.

One of the worst services ever. When you contact customer service, it takes 15 days to reply if any. Packages are often lost, fake tracking codes - this company is a madness. From now on, I'll post a 1-star review every single day of waiting for their customer service to reply.

They claim to be Print-on-demand but do not have order notes. If you use this app, you cannot offer expedited shipping. All orders are made to be standard and there is no way to update it. In short, the app sucks. The company, shipped flawed canvases and refused to replace citing damage was within their threshold. Hope your customers enjoy their threshold. Software is really awful. Prepare to accidentally cancel orders, not understand how to ship internationally. Printful is much better in every way.

Have a problem with an order on a Friday? Wait until Monday for an answer. Have a problem on a Teusday wait 24 hours. This business model isn't viable without quick support, be sure to use a fulfillment app that has responsive support, not GOOTEN.
