The trial was great to get to know the product! We really enjoy the product especially for the cost! We were using a different product a while back and it got very costly very quickly. With the site updates we're making and extensive acquisition we're driving, the post-purchase survey has come to be a great tool for us!

This app delivers incredible value and performs just as well—if not better—than premium alternatives. The user-friendly interface makes setup a breeze, and the customer support is outstanding. We've been using Grapevine for a few years and it's great. We created a survey that asks our customers how they found us. About 1 in 7 customers reply. It gives us a good idea of what marketing is working and what isn't. The Grapevine customer service is really good.

Absolutely fantastic. This app is just as good, if not better than the really expensive ones, it's super easy to use, and the support is next level! Stu from their support team went above and beyond to help me set up some really complicated specific customer tagging we wanted to achieve based on the results of the survey. Super happy, definitely recommend.

Grapevine has been a great way to capture feedback from our customers as we expand our retail stores. Steve has also been super helpful with providing quick answers and solutions when we needed help.
Thanks for the great review Stephenie! Really glad we could advise on how to include a Customer Satisfaction survey into your POS and mobile receipt emails. If you ever decide you'd like a unique Customer Satisfaction survey for each POS location, just let us know, it's very simple to implement.

WOW! After reviewing several different post-purchase survey apps, I quickly landed on Grapevine for a few key reasons: 1. Compatibility with extensibility 2. Ability to ensure only one response per customer 3. Compatible with Shopify Flow, providing many other ways to integrate and utilize the data 4. Fair pricing What I didn't expect was to be blown away by the support. I had a question and received a response IMMEDIATELY. Their team also pushed a fix for something that wasn't impacting me significantly on the SAME DAY. Not only that, I am discovering more and more excellent features the more I dive into the app. Highly recommend.

We're constantly looking to gather customer data to inform our decisions and Grapevine has been incredibly helpful with that. It's very simple to use and set up, and the data is easy to read. If you're looking for concrete feedback from your customers, Grapevine is the way to go.
