This is a highly versatile app that I leverage for many unique programs on my website. I have been using the app for well over a year and on the rare occasions that I need tech support, they are super fast, efficient, and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend! Special shout-out to Praveen for always being quick to respond and walk me through any issue I have!

I’d strongly recommend Shopify to take a look at this app and what the developer is doing with the traffic. Several things we were only able to see when we started testing the app: Issue 1 - They are forcing a user to use a logging PIN (the use of this is neither explained or possible to remove) if the user returns to the contest. There are several problems with this - the pin is logging the user in the app itself, not my website - the purpose of the pin is not explained anywhere, so it’s very confusing - the app generates a new pin with every action a visitor takes, just to add to more confusion - there is no way to disable this feature even after I contacted their customer service they were not able to do it. Issue 2 - Share on Facebook post prominently displays this Apps name and it looks as if they are organizing the giveaway. There is NO mention of our company name. This was not removed even after we paid to remove their name from the footer. Issue 3 - If you don’t set up a page with the contest on your website the link your visitors will share will only take the new visitors to their app, and there will be no way for the new visitor to get to browse your website. The app is also very limiting when it comes to customization of how it appears on the site. We have tried working with their support team on all these issues and got nowhere.

PIN is password protection and as such is only ever required to access secure area that has your customers' personal and sensitive data. So it protects unauthorized access to sensitive and personal data. It is not required for participation in campaigns. The sign up to campaign can also be done on your website- My colleague did explain this to you. 2. As I had explained, we have to comply with policies and technical features of the social network platforms. Else these features will not work. I had also honestly disclosed the white label features in my email to you. 3. I had outlined the steps to display campaign on your store in my email and had also activated this for your campaign - This is a standard feature within our app. I had also explained the 'Smart URL feature' 4. There is a lot of customization that is available and we listen to our customers feedback and enhance the app. I hope I have been able to clarify and assure all our customers of our support, privacy and commitment to the product. Super spammy to my customers. Attracts spam bots forcing you to upgrade to the paid program in order to delete them.

And we regularly update these algorithms. We treat privacy seriously. Further the app also has a bulk user delete feature to help you delete any number of users that you'd like to remove easily and quickly. Nous utilisons cette app pour notre programme de fidélité pour nos clients. Elle est vraiment super, facile à utiliser et à configurer. Il y a bcp d'options de récompenses mais aussi d'actions à effectuer. Les différents templates sont utilisables sans avoir besoin de graphiste. Concernant le support, il est vraiment extra. Des réponses toujours rapides et des explications complètes. Bref une super app que nous ne pouvons que recommander à toute personne qui souhaite offrir un très bon système de programme de fidélité.

This app is great! I tried more than 3 referral apps, but none of them goes through the extreme detail that Gratisfaction does. Not only that, but their customer support is extremely good!

I tried literally 5 loyalty program apps before this one and am blown away. The setup process is seamless and intuitive, the number of features available for even the free plan is incredible, and the design is fantastic. This app will help me make a big impression on my customers along with my new theme version rolling out, so I'm super excited about all of it. This app is a MUSTTTTT. Just try it and you'll ditch your current loyatly app LOL!

Je pense avoir essayé au moins 10 applications de Shopify, celle-ci reste la meilleure. Le design est peut-être pas assez élaboré mais après discussion avec l'équipe, il est prévu un UPDATE en mars 2021 où le design sera très joli ! L'application est gratuite, il passe beaucoup de temps pour vous via TCHAT et email, je pense que vous pouvez faire un don à bien plaire pour les remercier. Un geste qui je pense saura les ravir. I think I've tried at least 10 apps from Shopify, this one is still the best. Great Rewards App! Was able to install easily, which is key for us since we are not techy types. Widgets appear well and are being used by frequent buyers. Contacting their support is easy when they are online - very responsive. So far so good!

I searched for an app to create a rewards program for my store. I tried two that was highly recommended but the features were limited and the interface was not user friendly. Set up was so easy and Praveen was attentive and helpful as I was setting up my rewards. I highly recommend this app to any one who wants to provide rewards and giveaways to their customers and guests.

Gratisfaction App is amazing! I Love it because have a lot of templates and options already to use for campaigns, which I don't have time to prepare it, the design is very nice and minimalist. They offer a free plan to start with all the options included and just when you grow you pay another, in my opinion, a fair price too. Another thing that I really appreciate is the customer service. They are very good, they really response fast, are helpful, kind and generous as they personalise some detailed to my shop. I also appreciate that they have a function that you can ask for new ideas to develop and they might look at it to add it in the app! So 5 Stars! Well done

I really like this app. Even the free plan offers a lot. I use it for my loyalty rewards system. My customers and I love it! It is very customizable and easy to use. The customer service is also great, I am looking into upgrading my plan with these guys !
