This is a highly versatile app that I leverage for many unique programs on my website. I have been using the app for well over a year and on the rare occasions that I need tech support, they are super fast, efficient, and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend! Special shout-out to Praveen for always being quick to respond and walk me through any issue I have!

I’d strongly recommend Shopify to take a look at this app and what the developer is doing with the traffic. Several things we were only able to see when we started testing the app: Issue 1 - They are forcing a user to use a logging PIN (the use of this is neither explained or possible to remove) if the user returns to the contest. There are several problems with this - the pin is logging the user in the app itself, not my website - the purpose of the pin is not explained anywhere, so it’s very confusing - the app generates a new pin with every action a visitor takes, just to add to more confusion - there is no way to disable this feature even after I contacted their customer service they were not able to do it. Issue 2 - Share on Facebook post prominently displays this Apps name and it looks as if they are organizing the giveaway. There is NO mention of our company name. This was not removed even after we paid to remove their name from the footer. Issue 3 - If you don’t set up a page with the contest on your website the link your visitors will share will only take the new visitors to their app, and there will be no way for the new visitor to get to browse your website. The app is also very limiting when it comes to customization of how it appears on the site. We have tried working with their support team on all these issues and got nowhere.

PIN is password protection and as such is only ever required to access secure area that has your customers' personal and sensitive data. So it protects unauthorized access to sensitive and personal data. It is not required for participation in campaigns. The sign up to campaign can also be done on your website- My colleague did explain this to you. 2. As I had explained, we have to comply with policies and technical features of the social network platforms. Else these features will not work. I had also honestly disclosed the white label features in my email to you. 3. I had outlined the steps to display campaign on your store in my email and had also activated this for your campaign - This is a standard feature within our app. I had also explained the 'Smart URL feature' 4. There is a lot of customization that is available and we listen to our customers feedback and enhance the app. I hope I have been able to clarify and assure all our customers of our support, privacy and commitment to the product. Super spammy to my customers. Attracts spam bots forcing you to upgrade to the paid program in order to delete them.

On the contrary, we have multiple anti-cheat and anti-spam algorithms running to ensure genuine participation including for e.g. to block invalid/fake email addresses, captcha, etc. . And we regularly update these algorithms. We treat privacy seriously. Further the app also has a bulk user delete feature to help you delete any number of users that you'd like to remove easily and quickly. Like this app for prompt customer service. The app has all cool features to bring shoppers in multiple ways. I am new and will give insights on those features later down the road.

This app is great! I tried more than 3 referral apps, but none of them goes through the extreme detail that Gratisfaction does. Not only that, but their customer support is extremely good!

Great Rewards App! Was able to install easily, which is key for us since we are not techy types. Widgets appear well and are being used by frequent buyers. Contacting their support is easy when they are online - very responsive. So far so good!

As a customer I love to get reward points when I shop, so it was only natural to offer the same to my customers. My only problem is, I can't get it to work. Whenever I hit 'SAVE', i get a white screen with a loading sign that turns and turns forever. It freezes my browser, I have to refresh, and it erases all the changes I made. I contacted support, they told me I might have automatically signed off. So I signed off voluntarily, signed in again, still the same thing. I just lost 2 hours translating everything to get my page in French, and its stuck on loading... Its very infuriating :( Anyone knows how to fix this ? Thanks !
[UPDATE JULY 21, 2020] We have now released auto-translation of all front end fields for 7 languages. And, also made other enhancements to the language feature. My name is Akash Malik. This app is easy to install, it can be translated, and this is a huge thumbs up! The free plan is generous for beginners like me, and if everything is going to work well, I will surely change for the other plan.

I am just starting to use this app, and am loving it thus far! Customer service is amazing and beyond helpful! I can't wait to finish getting this set up to be able to share it with my customers!! This app is really easy to install and customize. There are so many options for the customers to choose from to earn points which gives them a great incentive to buy again and again. The customer service is really great and answers were prompt and really helpful. I am very satisfied.

Aside from being the best rewards app I've tried - and I've tried all of them, they provided me with excellent customer service. Fast responses to my questions and they will jump through hoops to keep you happy. They have a live chat system within the app for instant responses. A++++ More features are coming too I believe. Can't ask for a better app.
