The App was recently installed with great features. Customer service has been extremely amazing and helpful.

Super spammy to my customers. Attracts spam bots forcing you to upgrade to the paid program in order to delete them.

On the contrary, we have multiple anti-cheat and anti-spam algorithms running to ensure genuine participation including for e.g. to block invalid/fake email addresses, captcha, etc. . And we regularly update these algorithms. We treat privacy seriously. Further the app also has a bulk user delete feature to help you delete any number of users that you'd like to remove easily and quickly. Like this app for prompt customer service. The app has all cool features to bring shoppers in multiple ways. I am new and will give insights on those features later down the road.

This app is great! I tried more than 3 referral apps, but none of them goes through the extreme detail that Gratisfaction does. Not only that, but their customer support is extremely good!

Great Rewards App! Was able to install easily, which is key for us since we are not techy types. Widgets appear well and are being used by frequent buyers. Contacting their support is easy when they are online - very responsive. So far so good!

This app is easy to install, it can be translated, and this is a huge thumbs up! The free plan is generous for beginners like me, and if everything is going to work well, I will surely change for the other plan.

I am just starting to use this app, and am loving it thus far! Customer service is amazing and beyond helpful! I can't wait to finish getting this set up to be able to share it with my customers!! They are going to love this new feature I am adding to my shop!! There are so many great features and options to utilize. Easy to set up as well!!

This app is really easy to install and customize. There are so many options for the customers to choose from to earn points which gives them a great incentive to buy again and again. The customer service is really great and answers were prompt and really helpful. I am very satisfied.

Aside from being the best rewards app I've tried - and I've tried all of them, they provided me with excellent customer service. Fast responses to my questions and they will jump through hoops to keep you happy. They have a live chat system within the app for instant responses. A++++ More features are coming too I believe. Can't ask for a better app.

This app is truly amazing! I love being able to offer customers the chance to get discounts as well as earning points to get set dollar amounts off of future purchases. I feel the price of the app is very fair, plus they offer a free version too while you are still growing your business. Spoke with Praveen to ask a question and he was happy to help me out and sent over links and everything to make it easier to learn. I am absolutely LOVING this app so far.

This app seems to be really, really good, lots of advantages to growing your business. Praveen was very helpful and walked me through tabs I was unsure about. But the overall app seems very user-friendly. I can't wait to see the results, which are very measurable. Great work! :)
