I have been working with Grid and Pixel now for several months and they are very responsive to my feedback in tweaking campaigns and the pursuit to get more sales. Speaking of value, they are a great value for what you get. Good communication and their responses indicate they really know their craft.
We have been working with Grid and Pixel for about 3 months and have been very happy with both the ROI as well as the attention to our needs. They have greatly improved our email account health and have brought in fresh ideas. It is great working directly with people that listen to us regarding the direction of our campaigns.
As a small eCommerce business, services like those provided by Grid & Pixel are invaluable. They have been wonderful to work with. They set up our email flows, managed our subscriber list, and delivered interesting emails to our customer base. I have also been very impressed with the support we've received. They answer every question within 24 hours and go out of their way to help.
Been working with them for almost 6 months now. Great campaigns and email flows, edits made quickly, campaigns made quickly and most importantly great results from them! Such an affordable way to get all your email marketing delegated I am only disappointed I didn’t know about them sooner!
The Grid & Pixel team put in real time understanding my brand before touching anything. Sheila and John have been responsive and thoughtful throughout, and the email flows they built are doing meaningful work in the background of my small DTC business. When changes happen in my business, they work with me to update my flows and campaigns. Genuine partners, not a set it and forget it app running blind.
Edit: The team reached out after my review and made an honorable effort to make things right. The review stands because this is what happened, but I will add to it that I admire the way they handled my criticism. Anything they build breaks when you deactivate the app due to their AI slop code and hard-coded assets being hosted on their servers. AI generated images, copy, headlines never followed the very simple company guidelines (for example, our style guide requires no exclamation points or emojis but every email included both, despite us contacting support multiple times. I never would have used this as a temporary solution if I knew I'd be locked in until I found and replaced everything they built - it took three months of work for the team to get us off this app.
Thank you for the update and for recognizing the effort we made to address your concerns. We genuinely appreciate the nearly two years that we worked together. We are proud of the work we did over that time and sorry the relationship ended on a frustrating note. For merchants reading this, deactivating Grid & Pixel does not make everything we built disappear or break. The vast majority of the work remains in place. Certain dynamic components are powered by our platform and require an active subscription to continue functioning, just like functionality provided by many software apps. We appreciate the candid feedback and the opportunity to make things right.
My experience was phenomenal. Grid + Pixel took the time to listen to exactly what I needed and adjust the email flows and campaigns accordingly. They also encouraged me to add SMS marketing (which I did) and it's been a game changer, especially for the abandoned cart flow.

I asked customer service multiple times to pause the account because it wasn’t what I was thinking it was. They kept putting it off until I was charged and then they showed me a link to uninstall it. Now I have to go and rebuild my Klaviyo flows and get their “stuff” out of my account. No offer to return the amount charged even though I never used their service. I was hopeful when I saw the demos but customer service and support was terrible.
We want to add an important update for anyone reading this review: 100% of this customer’s charges have been refunded. Every dollar paid to Grid & Pixel was returned. During the two months we worked together, we created 20+ campaign emails, 10+ flows, pop-up assets, and other work for the account. We also provided active, hands-on service and direct support throughout the engagement. When the customer decided Grid & Pixel was not the right fit, we provided instructions to uninstall the app and end the subscription. When they remained dissatisfied, we refunded every dollar they paid. We understand that our service will not be the right fit for every merchant, and we wish them the very best.

I signed up for the done-for-you service, and I'm so glad I did. Their team took care of everything and made the whole process incredibly easy. The emails look clean, on-brand, and the animations really make them stand out. They look so much more professional than anything I could have put together myself. The best part is the team. They're super responsive and always happy to make changes whenever I ask. If you're using Shopify and Klaviyo and want emails that actually look beautiful without all the work, I'd definitely recommend Grid & Pixel.

Grid & Pixel has made managing our email marketing much easier. The team creates and schedules campaigns every week, and the designs always feel consistent with our brand. Having the copy and creative handled for us saves a lot of time, while still giving us full control over any edits. The automated flows were set up quickly and were easy to customize based on our needs. The integration with Klaviyo and Shopify works smoothly, and the AI recommendations have helped us identify areas we could improve. Overall, it is a great solution for brands that want professional email campaigns without having to manage every detail internally.

Long time customer. At first, it was great. After a few months with the "premium plan" they dont even answer emails

The ability to create email campaigns that are on-brand and EASY have expanded our capacity substantially - as a small business, this is HUGE to our bottom line.
