Highly recommend. Great onboarding experience using my branding, images, messaging and purpose. Marketing email setup was on point, just a few minor tweaks requested which they implemented very quickly. Whether the online chat or via email, response time always very quick.

Thank you so much ! I have sent 2 of my own emails so far and I can’t believe how EASY IT IS!! Seriously after just a few clicks, I have a super professional well written, and beautiful email (that people actually open and click!) !!! Takes like 5 minutes tops!! I should have done this SO MUCH sooner! (forehead slap to myself!) Thank you creating this AMAZING program. I am super new to Grid & Pixel - but already a SUPER FAN! Cant recommend enough!

I've been working with the team on the full service plan, and I've been really impressed (and we have high standards!). It's still early days, but so far the team has been very responsive and consistently delivered excellent output, most notably significantly improving our email flows. Please keep up the great work!

Truly amazing! Grid & Pixel is a lifesaver app with incredible customer service and support. Their custom designs are phenomenal and on brand in terms of style, tone of voice, and feel. It's worth every cent, and then some.

We switched from using a very white glove expensive agency service to Grid and Pixel building out our email flows. They are doing much better from a revenue perspective and an engagement perspective. I am so impressed and will look to further incorporate more of Grid and Pixel's offerings into my programs. The team is great to work with and delivered on everything they promised. I am going to be recommending to all my network.

Great email service. Everything has been set up very smoothly. John and Cathy were very helpful and helped me solve all the issues. The app is really great and I believe it can generate more revenue for my brand.

Hele mooie en handige app en de ondersteuning van Lou en zijn team is bijzonder. Ze helpen je van begin tot eind en ook daarna blijven ze ondersteuning bieden. De opties voor emails zijn super leuk en maakt emailmarketing weer super leuk.

Our growing E-commerce firm was at the stage where we needed a proven SEO and Email marketing platform for our website. This app has proven to be a real benefit for our firm in terms of sales, return on ad spend, and most importantly freeing up our time to focus on our core functions. Our sales have increased in our targeted area via the app. The ability to monitor our results in real time has been a prime benefit that we enjoy with the app.

Absolute MUST!!!! I started just using the amazing graphics and saw the uplift immediately. So went on to their full service. Within 2 weeks of my new flows being switched on, my CTR and order placed rates had increased by 10%! My deliverability by 10 pts! So impressed, its taken the hassle out of the emails and more revenue in the bank! No brainer!

Nice App, they are really willing to work with you to get the app to work for you and help you get the templates to be customized to your liking. I would definitely recommend.

For our small team, this was a game-changer. We have been using this app for a few months and without a doubt it is the first thing we think of for any email campaigns. We only started out with our automation series but soon found great value in campaigns and social media. The options from G&P and the monitoring and revenue reporting was the clincher since so often it is hard to tell how things are going. Love this app!

I would highly recommend using Grid & Pixel. John has been incredibly helpful in explaining his services and in helping us launch a new campaign. We are already seeing added revenue in the first month of using Grid & Pixel. We plan to continue to use Grid & Pixel to help us grow our revenue.

I rarely write reviews, but I'm so impressed with Grid & Pixel that I had to share my experience. This app is a game-changer! It's incredibly effective at personalizing emails that really work. Once you connect your store you will see templates that are tailored to your brand and products. and it's helped me tremendously with effective email and follow up marketing to my customers and visitors to my store. That said, what truly sets this app apart is its outstanding customer service from John and staff! I recently had a minor issue, and the support team went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my satisfaction and success. I am so happy to have found this awesome company!
