I have only good things to say about this app and the service provided. We had a bot attack that brought down to zero our email revenue and the team Grid & Pixel helped us to fix the issue and bring back our sales through email. Excellent customer service, love the designs and the support received. Highly recommended, better than any email marketing agency!

What I found is that the sale I run must match whatever templates Grid Pixel provides. If I want to run a sale on a specific product at say 25% off, I have to hope there is a Grid Pixel template with the same sale because I can't change the templates. If I try to change the template there are glitches. Btw, there appears to be no option available anywhere to cancel the Grid Pixel subscription, there is only an option to change the plan.

Great graphics. I'm a bit early but the support and help from Grid and Pixel is above and beyond. They've helped walk me thru alot of their offerings. They really care about their customers and helping small businesses work thru flows, emails, and social media.

Just signed up for this app and It is hard to believe that I can accomplish so much by so little. As a solo owner with limited staff, Grid & Pixel's hands off platform does it all for me so I can focus on all the other things. I have been waiting for something like this for years and it is finally here. The service is fantastic with quick responses and efficient organization of audience (took me years to do this) and campaigns. No more worries for me. Thank you!!

The app is fantastic...very advanced way to manage and automate Klaviyo. Since we do not start from scratch we had a lot to customize, and the team has demonstrated relentless committment to factor in my custom needs. Really suggested for both new stores and mature ones.

I am kind of blown away on how good grid and pixel is. I had previously set up all my own flow and was manually sending campaigns. The results with grid and pixel are 10x better and its 10x easier then doing things internally. Super fast communication and great results. I cant wait to see what else they have in the pipeline.

Grid & Pixel has more than paid for itself. Within the first month, the team helped us sunset inactive accounts, which cut our Klaviyo bill in half and improved our deliverability. Email-driven sales continue to increase each month. We recently added Campaigns support in addition to the Flows, which makes it easy to stick to a consistent marketing schedule without having to stress about whether you're sending too frequently or to the right people. We adopted the Grid & Pixels features step-by-step, and upgraded only when we saw we were getting meaningful results. We started with self-serve templates, which outperformed all our previous campaigns in opens/clicks. We then added Flows support, which boosted our deliverability and sales. And now with Campaigns support, we have a really solid email program that drives a reliable amount of traffic and conversions and continues to grow.

I am very disappointed in this app. I have automations going to customers that I did not design or approve which completely are misaligned with the actual campaigns that are active. I am currently being overbilled and charged $200 a month and nobody within grid pixel has done $200 worth of work in any way shape or form it is very disappointing.
