The app is great, but it is nothing without the support of John in helping get everything setup. If you need help getting all of your email flows automated correctly (and emails designed) then this is the way to go.

Finally! Grid & Pixel developed an app that helps us optimize our email marketing without hours of cut-and-paste templates and email flows that no longer work. John helped us set this up, explained the process and we were up and running in an hour! There are also some well-done video tutorials online if you want help or to take a deeper dive into some options. We use Shopify Mail which does not offer cutting-edge marketing or innovation. The Grid & Pixel app is the tool/bridge between customization, AI, and ease of use that Shopify is lacking. (We actually got a note from a customer who thought our first campaign was clever) 100% recommend this to move your marketing to the next level.

We use Grid & Pixel emails along with traditional emails in our flows on Klaviyo. The setup was simple and adding the coding to the Klaviyo template is a breeze. Using some animated emails gives a variety to our marketing. I have found that some of the templates that I would like to use are limited in the number of characters allowed. John and his team are always open and willing to do custom work to the code enabling me to use longer copy. They have also edited the templates to allow for more color customization. Now, can we please get the ability to add more products to some of the templates? Recently, they added the functionality to skip sending an abandonment email if the product is out of stock. The process was much easier to implement in Grid & Pixel than the process I needed to perform in Klaviyo to get the same functionality. Thank you for developing a simple, creative, and cost-effective app.

This app is great. John Hogan is extremely patient and diligent with making sure everything is running smoothly with the app and our Shopify store. I would highly recommend this to anyone starting out with email marketing or looking for a better way.

The app offers very extensive options for creating personalized graphics. After extensive testing and very personal and individual advice from the CEO himself, we decided to use the app. The only problem for us as a German store is the lack of an option to translate all texts in some designs. However, this will be implemented shortly. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service! I was using Canva previous to make my own templates but theirs are so much easier to implement and look much more professional. I also love that it integrates easily with shopify and klaviyo. Game changer for sure!

Grid and pixel has made my email marketing go from boring text and image emails to animated creations making my products the star of the show! Such an easy app to setup and create with, perfectly integrates with Shopify email. I had my flows refreshed and brought to life in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend if you can't hire or dedicate a lot of time to email marketing.

UPDATE: First, our mails went astray, what resulted in a bad review from my part. Later, CEO apologized and we received comprehensive advice. Unfortunately, it turned out that the app is unsuitable for our Bonfim store at the moment. However, we will use it for our main store, where we can make good use of such personalized graphics. Depending on how the further development of Bonfim goes, we may install the app again later.

This is an exellent app. John Hogan is fantastic to work with and he was relentless on creating exactly what I wanted. There is more to the app then what you see initially when you downloaded it. Reach out to the team and have them set it up! The other facet of this I like is you can send out email campaigns directly through Shopify once you have your content created in Grid & Pixel. We can pretty much do away with Mail Chimp or other third-party apps. I am already seeing the impact this is making. Nice work!

I truly CANNOT Say enough about this APP, the CUSTOMER SERVICE, or HOW MUCH TIME AND MONEY THIS HAS SAVED ME! I used to pay someone thousands of dollars monthly to make me graphics, and these premade templates look BETTER and are performing BETTER and they take me the same amount of time to create as it used to take me to explain them to the designer!!! Upgraded my email marketing with just a few clicks! It's one thing to be good at segmentation, improving deliverability, etc. but it's a whole different skillset to be good at designing aesthetically pleasing emails. Grid and Pixel is a bargain -- they're saving me tons of money and time hiring a graphic designer or using something like canva. Try it out!
