We installed Grid & Pixel a few weeks ago, with the aim of better illustrating our food products in the abandoned cart process. John has been on hand for the last several weeks to implement, review and improve our use of G&P. We are now making thousands of dollars more per month using this system and are committed to using it on an ongoing basis.

Grid & Pixel was exactly what I had been looking for and it works perfectly! The app is very well set up for what we needed and the service goes above and beyond anything I have experienced in my 10 years using any other Shopify app. I highly recommend using this service for your store!

This is definitely worth the money! In the past 90 days, we have had over $8000 in revenue that can be attributed to the emails. There are other reasons, for sure, but either way, it definitely seems to be helping! John from the team has been very helpful through the whole process and this definitely seems like something we will continue implementing for the foreseeable future!

This app is easy to use, powerful, and fun to use! We are using it to create engaging emails. The emails can be created in mere moments, as opposed to other platforms that require so much more work. The reporting is easy to use, and the support is fantastic!

This is the best app you will have. I had a conference call with the CEO. He showed me how the app worked and it is highly professional. He also took the time out to go through my site an gave recommendations on how to acquire more email addresses which will help with increasing revenue.. Their graphics are amazing!!!

Email has been something I've meant to get a handle on for a while. I'm great at SEO but capturing the traffic is where I dropped the ball. But NOW... Grid & Pixel has already generated a few hundred dollars for my business in just a few weeks ... which is almost more than I generated from email last year. It feels so good to have a partner that I can trust in an area where I feel so weak. Especially when I hear people say they are making so much money from emails!!! So many thanks so you guys. The revenue is nice but the partnership is what makes working with you so special.

First of all, let me say that usually I would delete any type of marketing email as soon as it hits my inbox. However, as soon as I got the email from Grid & Pixel I was amazed at what they showed me using my own product. I loved it and had to reach out to them. I downloaded the app, had a zoom call with John and he set everything up for me and I was totally amazed at what he done with the workflow process for the emails and the potential for new business is huge! Because we are so busy, we didn't have an opportunity to do email marketing properly so we didn't do it. Now with the help of John and Grid & Pixel, we are very excited.

This app has truly taken our email flows to the next level with dynamic animations and beautiful creative. This app has allowed our "small" business to look larger than life and we are thrilled to see how these elements enhance our Klaviyo flows. But here's the most special part of all: the customer service is unmatched. We added this app and didn't have time to figure it out - to my surprise, John Hogan, personally reached out and offered to help us design and setup a Welcome and Abandoned Cart series! As we really were just letting the app age with no activity, we would have never taken the time to find out how powerful this app is. I reached out to John for a demo in December 2023 and finally added Grid & Pixel in late February 2024. I wish I had signed up in December when I first talked to John because the process has been so easy, with immediate results and increased revenue from the automation sequences he and Cathy have set up. John and Cathy are simply the best. They understand customer service and the importance of email to our business. We had a call so they could better understand our customers and create segments that would serve us better. They set us up in a week, migrated us to Klaviyo, and created automations/flows within a week. I can't say enough great things about John and Cathy and Grid & Pixel. If you're considering implementing Grid & Pixel, do it sooner rather than later. You'll see the results as soon as you do.

I just signed up but am already impressed with the app and especially the customer service! John Hogan was amazing and thorough in walking me through the various segments. He also went above and beyond to help me as I transitioned out of one of my old apps. I can't wait to get creative and see what awesome emails and graphics I can share with my customers. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! We love the app not only is it easy to use but already performing wonderfully for our sales. I'm not great at setting up these promos and John came to the rescue.
