We have been using Grid & Pixel for just over a month. The onboarding process was quick, efficient, and well executed. After having an onboarding call to review our brand, goals, and struggles, the team setup a full range of flows for us and had them ready to launch in about two weeks. Everything they came up with was on brand, refreshing, and exciting and the results we are seeing are amazing. It only took 3 weeks for these new Klaviyo flows to surpass the revenue generated by our old flows (which had been running for over a year). Everyone we have interacted with has been fantastic and we are thrilled with the delivery of everything that was promised!

Very helpful getting the app set-up and very responsive when asking questions. Definitely utilize the call they provide to get the app going and to answer any questions. I am not very tech savy but appreciate the support provided.

This app is a must-have! I've only been using Grid & Pixel for a few weeks, and I’m already seeing incredible result. My abandoned cart sales have surpassed what they were for the past six months! What truly sets Grid & Pixel apart is their customer support. John has been exceptional! He responds to inquiries almost immediately and is always willing to jump on a call if I need more assistance.

I’ve been using Grid and Pixels for just a month and I’m thoroughly impressed with everything they offer! My sales have increased significantly since I started, and the service has already paid for itself—and then some. The customer service is exceptional, and I’m particularly pleased with the content and tools available for my use; the templates and options for creating videos and social media content are impressive and a step above anything else I’ve seen. A standout moment was their assistance in creating a newsletter template, which surpassed all my expectations—truly a reflection of their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I’m so satisfied that I’m already planning to use Grid and Pixels for my second store, which will be ready to launch in a few days...For anyone considering Grid and Pixels, I highly recommend opting for the “we do it for you” service. It’s worth every penny!

Our first email campaign with Grid & Pixel generated more revenue than all of the decades of emails we sent with other providers. As a small business, we estimate that we will save thousands of dollars by offloading these email marketing functions to professionals while still allowing us to maintain control over the narrative. John, our customer support contact, is responsive, kind, smart, and is well versed in the intersection of marketing, design and tech. Highly recommend!

This has been an amazing eye opener! Not only do the emails look AMAZING with the dynamic images upon immediately opening, but the flows have brought us an extra $4k this first month in just a few weeks. We've also decreased our ad spend on retargeting and pushed it toward cold audiences since Grid & Pixel has our flows, flowing! I am highly recommending them to everyone. Oh, and we grabbed the fully inclusive package which is honestly a steal. I didn't know what I was missing out on.

Very happy with Grid and Pixel. Cathy has been so helpful and provides amazing customer service. This app does all of the work for me in providing email flows to customers in regards to abandoned carts! So happy I started with them!

Working with Grid & Pixel for a little over a month now and I'm really happy with the results and the amazing customer service. John has been exceptional at responding to my inquiries within 24 hours and delivering quickly. John is great at not only creating and maintaining our automations but providing his feedback on how we can increase traffic to our website. I feel like we are partners working on a common goal - definitely recommend working with Grid & Pixel.

I have Invested in a lot of apps over the years and this has been one of the best investments I have made in regards to customer service and a true ability to track our return on our investment. A must have for small businesses! John and team customized our email flows and we saw an immediate impact. Not lying - our Welcome Series had over 300% growth and Abandoned Cart had over 600% growth in the first month post implementation. All I had to do on my end was review the emails. And the cost is so affordable, especially when you consider the returns. 11/10 would recommend!

They don't have a free plan. The trial is only 7 days. The GIF they generated are very small and basically your customer receive an entire blank email with only a tiny area in the center that shows their design. And they only allow you to write 3-5 words in a line. Three lines at most. Which means their template can't even display an entire sentence. Basically you MUST use the design they already pre-wrote, no customization! If that's the case, I can generate unlimited GIFs with my own AI services and doesn't have to pay the $99 per month.

Since I have signed up, we have had $366 in sales and I find it easy to use and intergrates SO easy with Omnisend!! I have not used it for my flows just email campaigns and look forward to changing out our flows when I get the chance as I am Sure it will increase sales as well. Glad OlovesM bags found this app!!

I've been using Grid & Pixel for a few months now and have seen an increase in conversions that I can directly attribute to Grid & Pixel. I was skeptical initially, but I knew I was leaving money on the table by not having a consistent email marketing strategy. John Hogan helped me put together a plan to optimize my flows and automations. John even went as far as to help with copy and product photos to yield the best results. The app is straight-forward and easy to navigate, but having someone like John to help a novice like myself made this a no-brainer. I would highly recommend Grid & Pixel to anyone looking to level up their email marketing game.
