The system stopped working in October. Customer support keeps claiming everything is fine on their end, but the orders don’t appear in their system at all. They promise to look into it and get back to us, but we never hear anything… I recommend using some other app instead.

Our team has been actively investigating this since your initial report. Although we hadn’t reached out over the last few days, it’s because we were still working on the underlying fix and didn’t want to provide incomplete updates. We appreciate your patience during this time. As of today, our developers have released a fix that restores all missing orders. The issue originated from an external change within Shopify’s system, which temporarily disrupted tracking on our end. Everything should now be back to normal, and your account should reflect the restored data. We’re committed to improving both our communication and our product to prevent experiences like this in the future. Just started using it has issues with emails not going out to new affiliates as well as not syncing with klaviyo. No help response for a week from support tickets or support email.
Fantastic affiliate marketing software. I switched with an existing list of affiliates and Karolina was there to answer questions the whole way. I highly recommend this to e-commerce businesses
The app has great functionality. Customer service is always quick to resolve any questions we have.
App was broken upon my download and took nearly a week to be fixed. Customer service was not as friendly as expected during the process.

Our support team was notified about the issue with the installation process only a week after the app was installed in your store, and our developers team released a fix within less than 48 hours of the issue being reported. We were not aware of the issue before it was reported to us. It always does a great job with every launch that I do of keeping everything organized. Whenever I have questions about a feature Karolina is always returning my emails with helpful advice.
So far I am very happy with this app. I am particularly pleased the customer service I have received. Thank you so much Karolina for all of your help! I think it is good value and delivers on all of our main requirements for an ambassador scheme.

Has been a great experience working with Growth Hero, any issues or queries are easily and quickly tended too, app is easy to use and very straightforward. Excellent support from the team. Highly recommend.

I've had very good success with the app. No installation or setup issues. I use it on a fairly limited basis, for a small scale affiliate program only, and it's worked very well for this purpose. I recently had a question/concern regarding an order that wasn't credited to an affiliate. Support was very quick to respond and was very helpful in resolving the issue. Turns out the order wasn't credited for good reason so the app was working properly.

Hands down the best investment for any new ecommerce store looking to start an affiliate program. Easy to integrate into Shopify. Easilly setup a new affiliate or refer a friend program in minutes. For those time when you're feeling like a newbie the amazing support team are always there to lend a helping hand.

After extensive searching for an affiliate marketing program, I decided to go with Growth Hero. GH is very user friendly and they have very attentive customer service. They also have a Youtube channel with training videos that are very helpful. They are always sending emails with tips on set up and how to improve your partner programs. I am very happy with my experience so far! Shout out to Karolina for being so helpful!

After using this app for roughly a year, they've decided to add new features that we have 0 interest in using and are forcing us to pay extra for them.

I used to use UpPromote & found out they were scamming me! So far my experience with GrowthHero has been excellent! I love how their program is set up. Any questions I had were answered within one day.
