I used to use UpPromote & found out they were scamming me! So far my experience with GrowthHero has been excellent! I love how their program is set up. Any questions I had were answered within one day.

We set this app up to help support our wholesale customers during the peak of Covid but did not end up needing to keep the paid version implemented due to business returning close to normal. We love the concept and will keep a free account active. Thank you, Karolina Sieminska, for your assistance in sorting out our account ownership and membership!

We just started using growth hero and needed some help with the app. It is very easy to install and I had some questions about a specific affiliate request. The support staff was extremely helpful, highly professional and very patient with me.

I don't if I can write as much praise as this team deserves. They are INCREDIBLE! Always there to help when I need it, and they above and beyond. I did a lot of research to find the right fit of product, and this is definetily one of the top ones out there. Highly customizable, it allows me to do a looot of different types of affiliate marketing. I love it, and highly recommend it.

Be careful when installing this app; if you don't fully understand how to use it within the trial period of 14 days, they will not grant you an extension. Take note that this app is complex—it has a referral program with payouts, an MLM component, integrations, etc. After we installed Growth Hero, our marketing team had to set this aside with the intent of launching it after 3 months. Due to its complexity we needed time to figure out which of its features to prioritize and how to communicate these properly alongside other campaigns. We made the mistake of not uninstalling this before the trial period ended. We did not however use it nor benefit from it in any way during this time, and this could surely be validated by Growth Hero. In spite of this, Growth Hero chose not to honor our request for a charge reversal for an unused program. We find this upsetting because we've been using Shopify for 5 years and this is the first time we've encountered this level of customer service from one of Shopify's apps. If this is how this company's customer service level is even before we use the program, we will definitely not proceed with using Growth Hero. On a side note, it doesn't make business sense to choose to pocket our 3 months worth of subscription money versus retaining us as a regular customer if Growth Hero had better customer service. Update: Even if they CONFIRM that you WERE NOT ABLE TO use their program, they will insist on dangling policy. They will choose what's legal, not what is fair. Again, for your protection as a customer, do not install this app unless you know you can fully understand it within their 14 day trial period.

One of our team had a 1-1 demo call to train you on all our features + we extended your 14 day free trial for another 14 days, as requested. As per your email, when you uninstalled and reinstalled the app to gain an additional 14 days Free Trial automatically, the account settings did not reset as they will just pick up where you left off before uninstalling. We want to make sure all our users remain happy, so we did offer you a 1 month refund + 20% discount, which you chose not to take up. We use Growth Hero to run our affiliate, referral, and brand ambassador programs. We really enjoy all of the features it provides and whenever there is a feature that we'd like to be added, the Growth Hero team documents it for us. We're hoping to see some of those wanted features on the platform in the near future! We're also very happy with the quick customer service whenever we have a question.

Incredibly receptive customer service! We are just getting started adding affiliates to our site. We had a few questions, and Simon was quick to respond and to provide authentic customer service on several occasions, even offering to create an explainer video. Eager to see all that the GH Affiliate app can do for us.

Firstly, I must say that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Growth Hero for your affiliate program! The functionality is fantastic and does everything I wanted and more. The customer service is OUTSTANDING as I had lots of questions and they responded promptly and were eager to help me. I am so excited about my affiliate program on Growth Hero as it is SO EASY for my affiliates to find all of their information, get bonuses, go through training and more!

We have recently switched over from woo commerce and chose Growth Hero as our affiliate marketing app. The customer service has been during the transition. We are now up and running:). Lots of cool and intuitive features.

I have research and tested the top apps in the store and this EXCEEDS them all. I have not found another app with such a complete list of benefits and features. In addition to being the app that meets all my functional needs, its user interface is sleek, modern, and very easy to use. As if that was not enough, they have an excellent support team. I spoke with Caroline who was easy to reach and responds quickly to all my queries.

The best affiliate program on Shopify app store. You must be try, the feature is absolutely provided an excellent experience for both affiliate user and store owner.

I had a few design changes that needed done and Simon helped out quick. I like the the app so far and how everything can be embedded into the website. This will be so much better than Refersion.
