We have recently switched over from woo commerce and chose Growth Hero as our affiliate marketing app. The customer service has been during the transition. We are now up and running:). Lots of cool and intuitive features.

I have research and tested the top apps in the store and this EXCEEDS them all. I have not found another app with such a complete list of benefits and features. In addition to being the app that meets all my functional needs, its user interface is sleek, modern, and very easy to use. As if that was not enough, they have an excellent support team. I spoke with Caroline who was easy to reach and responds quickly to all my queries.

Simon assisted me extremely well with my issue. Contacted them & received a response within 20 minutes. Continued our interaction via email, but didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes to get assistance from Simon. Really happy with their support team!

I had a few design changes that needed done and Simon helped out quick. I like the the app so far and how everything can be embedded into the website. This will be so much better than Refersion.

Every happy with the app and the customer service is TOP. With the app we are growing a lot and it's helping us to manage our referral. They are working now for an option to track link referrals, hope they can have it soon. Nice app!!

After more than a year and a half using this App I can reassure my experience is perfect: everything works, it is easy to use, and most important is that GrowthHero team is always updating it and willing to help with any doubt or new thing you can imagine. The original review after 4 days of use was the following: This app is so easy! Now I can manage my ambassadors perfectly. In the first 4 days I have increased sales and I think this is only the beginning!! Simon and team are really diligent and quick and supported me in all the steps. I highly recommend both the App and the Team, much more now that I am having results in such a short period of time!

We have an unusual situation where we have a custom front-end and Shopify back-end, and GH has helped us get an affiliate scheme up and running (after months of trying to figure out a way to do this with various other options!). Wasn't all smooth sailing, and we had some manual work to do, but the support team helped us get up and running.

This app is heavily designed for MLM, but can be used for traditional affiliate networks as well. It's best feature is the ability to create many custom rules if you would like to, and is easy to setup. It defaults to having many of the MLM/mass affiliate scheme options on so be sure to review each section of your settings before turning live. Support is very helpful and responds fast.

very impressed. support has been great - thank you. GH is easy to setup, the instructions are clear and the settings are easy to follow. Configuring your program is easy to do as well. Like most things, its well worth your time to work through their thorough onboarding Todo list. its not a hard to do list but ensures you consider everything you need to in order to get setup and moving as fast as possible. Great app and great support. thank you :-)

The first affordable "share and earn discount" program I found after 3 years (!) of building shops Shopify and WooComerce. Other apps are super expensive or miss critical features. Plus, Mike and team were super helpful with explaining the affiliate discount settings and helping me make the CSS code pixel perfect.
