Have been testing it and can't recommend for now. Conversion tracking for Google Ads with server side performs a little worse than the standard google tracking. Support is good and responsive (thanks to Jonah, who helped me out a lot with my questions). The Setup is pretty complex and will tke some time! Will keep it running for a few more weeks and will update accordingly! Thanks UPDATE: After keeping the server side tracking running for 8 weeks, the server side tracking is far behind the normal conversion tracking! So defintely not the promised result and for the amount of work to set up and the price for 100 conversion (150 dollar/month) I cannot recommend and will switch back to normal conversion tracking which is free and performs way better. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!
Hi There -- this is Brad, the Elevar Founder. I appreciate you taking to try Elevar and provide your feedback. Google Ads server-side tracking works a bit different than other channels like GA4, Facebook, TikTok, etc. We are only able to send conversions to Google Ads when we have a GCLID, WBRAID, GBRAID click ids from the original session. Google's API rejects when we don't have any of these. This isn't an issue with your store or setup, but we do see (and share) that it seems to be 50/50 when Google Ads server-side outperforms their client side tracking (which can be configured either via the Google App, GTM, or linked GA4 events). Server-side typically outperforms when post-purchase upsells or other checkout customizations are in place that are known to limit Google Ads scripts from firing in checkout. There is also conversion modeling that Google now uses to backfill/estimate conversions when Consent Mode is enabled for client-side events. Other channels like Meta do not have the limitations I've described above so you'll see 100% of conversions in your Events Manager. I just checked your billing account and I see you're on the Starter free plan (I was going to refund your last month). Elevar is a wonderful partner to have; they truly do everything they can to support their clients and stay on top of/ahead of all the tracking changes in the industry, especially as it relates to Shopify. Their app is just as amazing - it aims to make tracking as easy as possible, allows us to customize our setup, and preview our events in real-time. This app has been a game changer when it comes to improving our tracking!

So pumped that I found Elevar! Amazing product, and incredible support team – AJ is the absolute best, and setting the bar for what support looks like for any software product. Excited to continue using this platform! EDIT: We've now launched and we're even MORE pumped to be working with Elevar. We can already see conversions that are missing _some_ data, and without Elevar, we wouldn't be able to track & attribute these to our different channels. I check it every day with joy, and I'm so happy we found Elevar.

Elevar has elevated our business to new levels! If you buy media then this app is what you are missing from your tech stack. You will see an increase in email flows from Klaviyo and increase in social media event's matching through their server-side tracking. They have documentations how to tailor your installation for your needs if you would like to do it yourself and they have a do it all for you service as well. I had a few hiccups getting our app dialed in but Mario from their customer support help steered us on the right path (thanks again Mario). You will be in good hands with Elevar!

We've been using Elevar for close to 12 months now, and I couldn't be happier with the product. As a customer with VERY limited technical expertise, it's reassuring to know that the Elevar team have our back. I never have to worry about our GTM account, an iOS update, or the move to GA4, as they handle all of it for us. A special shout out to their support team who are simply AMAZING! Nothing is ever a problem and they always go above and beyond. They were super patient and supportive the entire way through onboarding and that level of service hasn't dropped one bit.

One of the very best apps in the Shopify ecosystem. Shopify and the various advertising/analytics/etc. platforms are constantly making changes that can throw off your data, but Elevar makes it easy to keep things in good shape. Highly recommend!

I strongly recommend this ap for anyone with shopify store. The implementation is made super easy. Here and there you have to edit some code of course but all is very well explained in text and video. I had some issues and got immediate support within 1 day with email explaining how to customize more code to resolve issue. Truly amazing support! Can not be better. Tracking before was a bit of a nightmare and am super happy i found this app. credits to measuremarketing.io who introduced me to this app.

These guys are top-notch. They have the very best support in the business and they'll help you navigate the cumbersome world of tagging and proper tracking. We are very happy we chose them; they've always been responsive and on point. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

It's a great app and helps track FB stats but it's extremely complicated for someone who isn't tech savvy. Good thing their support team is great and will guide you through the process. If it wasn't for Mario, I don't think I would be able to get it done.

Bad APP, Bad service, Bad support! They are all death if you want to get some support, but they alive if they want to ask you pay for money.
Hi Jason -- this is Brad -- I wanted to take a minute to apologize here. We previously had a process in place to cancel accounts that had more than 3 monthly invoices unpaid and have been unresponsive to any of our outreach requests. Based on our private communications between us, we've already adjusted this process internally to prevent from happening again in the future.
