Amazing customer service! I had an issue with the app because I wanted to change the color of some buttons and the option did not yet exist. They went above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you!
So far so good! Very easy to use, I like the gift photos on the app and best of all for a small business there are no fees that I am aware of yet. Great boost for a small business.
Just started using it, and so far the experience is positive. Very intuitive interface, and seems to do exactly what I need, which is give user a gift card when they sign up (without having to purchase it)
The App seems pretty good. However, there are a few things not working and no one is responding to the tickets I created over 2 days ago. CAN ANYONE HELP? TICKET NUMBER 1389, 1388, 1384 AND 1383. If we can't get support very soon, we will need to look elsewhere I am afraid.
Hi there, We wanted to let you know that we’ve already replied to your tickets via email and are awaiting your response. If you haven’t seen our replies, they might be in your spam or junk folder. Please check, and don’t hesitate to reach out again if you need further assistance. Best regards, GV Team
looks great so far, not yet used it, but so far its promissing
Hard to Setup and no response from the support.
