We have been very happy with Gorgias app for Shopify. I'm excited to implement some of the newer AI features. I've had Gorgias for over two years now and rarely have issues. Their customer service is on it if there are.

Their phone app does not work - it is broken 5 different ways. We've been barking at them for 4 months. My CS employee has literally NEVER been notified of a customer on the site messaging us. They let us know it is just not a priority. Infuriating. We are looking for a new solution.

Despite trying for months, discussing back and forth with support, me and my partner never found a way to get notifications on our mobile devices to work. Also be advised, that you will regularly be logged off your mobile device resulting in you missing important live chats from customers. I don't recommend Gorgias - sorry.

I'm so happy to have chosen Gorgias to be our Customer Service app at the end of the day. Hit a few bumps with other apps and Gorgias came to the rescue. Incredible app that is developing at a good pace. They listen to their users and allow us to vote on certain features on the roadmap so they can understand their importance to us. Of course, the Shopify integration is the best out there as well. Looking forward to grow our business with Gorgias and elevate the Customer Experience with Gorgias comprehensive statistics and features.

The customer service at Gorgias is fabulous, it's a game changer for start ups that has the ability to scale up too. The best part is, they are always on hand to solve any issues and honestly speaking we didn't have any but the account rep really helps you make the most of tips and tricks like macros and automation which saves us so much time as a small team

Despite encountering a few initial bugs, the Gorgias team promptly addressed and resolved them, demonstrating their commitment to improving the overall user experience. While there's room for improvement in terms of support responsiveness and waiting times, my overall satisfaction with the app remains high. **** MISLEADING **** Firstly, I gave this app 1 star because I am sure it is a great app with loads of features although I did not set it up completely. The reason being that you should CHECK YOUR SUBSCRIPTION whilst on the FREE TRIAL before you set it up. They give you all features which is about $360 USD a month ($550 AUD) aprox. Then when you want to get off the free trial and opt in for the $10 USD a month, all you get is 50 tickets. Everything else is an addon and costs $$. Please live chat them first before setting it up to confirm the features and not waste your time.

Gorgias is a convenient customer service solution. Instead of remembering to check email, chat, FB, IG etc, it is all in one place. 4 stars instead of 5 as it is a little hard to set up and takes some getting used to.
