Gorgias: AI, Helpdesk & Chat

Very feature-rich app. Maybe a little too rich? It takes a lot of getting used to, but once you get to know the tools, it can be very powerful. There are a few things I'd love to see implemented (e.g. marking messages as "unread" again, or there being a "next/previous" option within a ticket view, as just two examples) but for the most part, you can use it to customize it to your needs. Just a warning that you'll need to sit down and take some time to learn how to use it. Customer support has been responsive and helpful to me. No complaints there. I usually use their chat widget, and they get back to me quickly.

Gorgias has an amazing support team! They have quick response time, very professional and helpful. All of this, and in a timely manner. They have followed through with every conversation I have had with them. We would highly recommend them!

Gorgias is the perfect tool for a growing e-commerce company like ours. We were looking for a central hub to manage all customer interactions and it seemed like the obvious choice. Our team has been very happy so far. Our onboarding agent (Richard) went above and beyond assisting us in setup and answering all our questions. Great app! Has made managing all inbound interactions so much easier and fluid. Also ridiculously responsive customer service. Our lives are so much better now working with this app. All good stuff and good for our customers!

The software itself is very useful and easy to use, and when there are bugs they make it a point to fix it immediately. What I love most is their customer support team. Marija,Axelle,Sonia, Bojana, Aleksandra, and most importantly Nikola are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile for every issue I raise to them. Love those instructional videos you personalize even if you already have instructions on your software, you still find time to make them! Brilliant work by a winning team. Gorgias is a game changer for automated and scalable customer service. Once you get to know the rules and macros, you can truly make this a productive experience. I also managed to get inbound SMS working with SMSBump, which funnels in as a new ticket and I can reply to (VIA SMS!), which is brilliant.

The best helpdesk solution there is! Super easy to use and using their detailed macro function is a true lifesaver and truly streamlines your workflow. The support team is outstanding and extremely prompt as well. Overall, highly recommended!

We shifted over to using Gorgias from Zendesk. Gorgias has been able to help us reduce our response times by more than half and helps us provide seamless customer service to our customers. The integrations are really what pulled us over to Gorgias and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. We would highly recommend Gorgias for a smooth customer service experience.
