I really like Hertwill and I intend to keep using it. The concept is excellent for stores like mine because the platform gives access to interesting independent brands and products that can be difficult to source elsewhere, and Hertwill regularly improves the service. Their team is also communicative and responds when I need help. What prevents me from giving five stars is the operational friction behind the platform. In my experience so far, around half of my Hertwill-fulfilled orders have required some form of intervention. The main issue is that problems are often discovered only after the customer has already placed the order. I have had a product turn out to be unavailable after the fulfillment process had started, another order that was marked as fulfilled with tracking but was never actually shipped, and a product-quality complaint that I chose to refund immediately at my own cost because I did not want to ask an already unhappy customer for additional proof. I currently also have an order being returned to sender after a DPD delivery issue. Hertwill is assisting me with the case, but it is another situation where I may ultimately have to refund the customer if they no longer want to wait. This matters even more because many of the brands I selected through Hertwill make or prepare products to order. My customers understand that these products can take longer than standard e-commerce deliveries because they are buying for quality, craftsmanship or rarity. But when something goes wrong with stock, fulfillment or delivery, the wait becomes much harder for the customer. Hertwill has a very good concept, good products and a platform that keeps improving. Their support is available and communicative. I would simply like stock availability, supplier fulfillment and delivery handling to become more reliable, so I do not need to contact support as often to discover that an order cannot proceed as expected.

I have been using Hertwill for a little less than a year for my shoes and accessories shop. This is a side business for me, so I have limited time to invest, but I have been extremely satisfied with the products and service provided by Hertwill. I have had many orders without a single hiccup, and whenever something needed to be communicated (e.g., a delay in the delivery of a handmade item by an artisan), I was properly informed and could manage my communication with the customer in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!

The Hertwill app provides a solid foundation for my store. The team is very willing to help, the product assortment is good, and the provided materials are clear. ​However, there are a few notable drawbacks. Email communication and response times are on the slower side, and unfortunately, not all goods can be delivered door-to-door. Another missing feature is order consolidation – it is currently not possible to ship items from different brands together in a single package. ​Additionally, the overview of issued documents is quite weak. Specifically, I am missing shipping invoices when returning goods back to Hertwill, as well as credit notes for the original invoices for the purchased items. ​Overall, it is a decent app with a helpful team, but the administrative side, shipping flexibility, and communication speed definitely need some work.

Fast shipping times, even better customer service, and a very user-friendly platform. After searching for a reliable supplier in Europe that offers both quality and fast delivery, this is the only one that truly met the expectations. The products are high quality, shipping is quick, and you don't have to worry about cheap, low-quality imports. Highly recommended if you're looking for a trustworthy European supplier!!

I havent been using Hertwill app for too long but at the moment I can say mostly good things about it. Product import works well and it's easy to set prices before importing. The products are different from the ones in Aliexpress dropshipping apps and look super high quality, although please add more bedroom-related items (pillows, textiles). Overall very happy with the experience so far!
