It’s rare to find tech that actually feels like a partner. We were sceptical at first—another app promising to simplify things. But Hertwill surprised us. It doesn’t just “work”. It thinks with you. The setup was intuitive, and the ongoing sync between products, stock and fulfilment is remarkably reliable. We now spend far less time worrying about operations and more time doing what we love—curating meaningful pieces for modern families. What really earned our trust, though, is the human side. When questions came up, support wasn’t just quick—it was thoughtful. Someone on the other end actually cared about the details. For a small brand with big standards, that makes all the difference.

Hallo, bis jetzt kann ich mich über die App nicht beklagen, funktioniert alles reibungslos. Am Anfang gabs 1-2 Probleme mit den Einstellungen aber mit Hilfe vom Support konnten wir die Probleme beseitige. Was noch gut wäre, wenn es neue Produkte zur Kinder Nische geben würde die angesagt sind und gut verkaufen lassen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen yamWAY

I’ve been using Hertwill for dropshipping from the EU, and it’s been great. Shipping is fast, the app is easy to use, and it connects smoothly with my Shopify store. The products are great, but the prices of subscription are constantly increasing, besides if you have technical problems (which in my case their changes in the way they operate generated a major problem that totally blocked my store to continue selling), their support is slow and inefficient.

We've raised prices only once since launching Hertwill. So unless you're referring to something else, that part seems to be incorrect. Regarding the technical issue — you’re right, it took us longer than usual. This was a rare edge case we hadn’t seen before across thousands of stores using Hertwill, so it took time to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it. We know that’s frustrating, and we’re sorry for the delay. We appreciate the feedback and are always working to improve.

The range of products offered by this dropshipping supplier caught my attention from the beggining. I find easier to sell items such as clothing and footwear crafted from upcycled materials, punk-style boots or paraben-free, cruelty-free organic cosmetics because they align with an alternative philosophy that fits with me. And it's always easier to sell something you understand, you like to talk about or find interesting. Communication is a strong point. For any questions they answer fast and accurately. In addition, I was offered some excellent advices by the founder, Joosep, on how to develop my online store and attract more customers Very good job.

I'm very happy with Hertwill. All items are sourced from trusted brands, and you have to have a credible store for some to get approved for selling the products. They have clear communication and notifications are amazing. You're never lost.

Been using the app for sometime now and have used some other apps as well. But with sourcing or dropshipping you might be thinking that I install an app that is it, but you are actually getting or buying service not just an app and the service that you are getting from Hertwill is top-notch.
