The range of products offered by this dropshipping supplier caught my attention from the beggining. I find easier to sell items such as clothing and footwear crafted from upcycled materials, punk-style boots or paraben-free, cruelty-free organic cosmetics because they align with an alternative philosophy that fits with me. And it's always easier to sell something you understand, you like to talk about or find interesting. Communication is a strong point. For any questions they answer fast and accurately. In addition, I was offered some excellent advices by the founder, Joosep, on how to develop my online store and attract more customers Very good job.

I'm very happy with Hertwill. All items are sourced from trusted brands, and you have to have a credible store for some to get approved for selling the products. They have clear communication and notifications are amazing. You're never lost.

Been using the app for sometime now and have used some other apps as well. But with sourcing or dropshipping you might be thinking that I install an app that is it, but you are actually getting or buying service not just an app and the service that you are getting from Hertwill is top-notch.

I find the use of Hertwill to be a bless, the app is working flawless with shopify. Also i am very pleased with the amount of products you can choose, we have done some test orders and the products look really good and are shipped with care. The support from Hertwill is very good and each time I reach out they respond very fast. We truly advice Hertwill for your webshop.

I was skeptical at first, another dropshipping app, right? But Hertwill's been solid. Honestly, products are very good, shipping's been reliable, and I haven't had any of those 'oops, your store's broken' moments. Plus, they actually answer when you ask a question. I have been using the Hertwill app on Shopify since it was launched on the platform, and a lot of development has taken place. Overall, I have mostly positive things to say, but I have identified at least two areas for improvement: - The return process is poor because the customer has to print the return address label themselves. In my opinion, this is unacceptable in the digital era of 2025. For the past 1.5 years, I have received the same response—that the return process is continuously being developed—but nothing big has changed yet. I also suggested a long time ago that the return address label should be automatically included in shipments. - Currently, Hertwill processes exchange orders as separate orders, which means that on the Shopify platform, you have to create a new order for the customer, and the distribution process functions as it does for new orders. However, Shopify also has a feature that allows exchange orders to be handled in a way where, once the return of the original product has been initiated, you can add a new product to the same "order card" after processing the return and request its distribution. However, this function does not work with Hertwill. These two improvements would significantly ease the workload of Shopify merchants.

Hertwill is awesome, honestly. Their Shopify app made setting up my store so much easier than I expected. It’s super simple to use—like, you don’t need to be a tech genius or anything. I got everything up and running in no time. What I love the most is their support team. I had a couple of questions (ok, maybe more than a couple ), and they got back to me so fast. Plus, they didn’t just give me some copy-paste answers—they actually helped me figure things out. You can tell they actually care. Also, the features in the app? Game changer. My store looks way better now, and I’m already seeing more people checking it out and buying stuff. If you’re on Shopify, you should totally try this out. Can’t recommend it enough!
