Hertwill: EU Dropshipping

I'm really glad I found Hertwill! After years of relying on suppliers from Asia, switching to them feels like a refreshing change for my business. Not only do they offer an amazing variety of products (lots of options I hadn’t considered before), but the team is what really sets them apart. They go the extra mile to make sure you're happy and always keep me updated, whether it's about new products or resolving the few small hiccups that have come up. One thing I didn’t expect was how smooth the app setup was—it seriously made things easier compared to other dropshipping apps I've tried in the past. I’ve dealt with some technical issues before, but everything with Hertwill has been sorted quickly and professionally. It's clear they genuinely care about their users, which is rare in this space!

Pros: One of the best dropshipping apps out there - great product description and pictures, good quality brands. Clear interface, easy to use and intuitive. Really reasonable subscription plans. Last but not least they have amazing customer service and a very felt personal touch. Cons: You do have to be approved by each brand (but so do your competitors so there is a positive too) and each brand charges separately for shipping.

Great App, Set up is clear and easy, the products are good quality and from EUR brands only. The customer service is great and helped a lot. The tips to help to improve your business / e-commerce are nice and interesting. It is a great App and a great experience. The only issues (but important I think for an e-Commerce) are: - Same products from the same brands can be found online and physically at very competitive prices (sometimes cheaper than the buying price through Hertwill), it makes the pricing very difficult for my store - The delivery costs to most EUR countries are quite high.
