As a complete beginner in dropshipping, this app is by far the BEST to help you get started. They will give you personal agent that will literally assist you in any questions you have. My agent, Tarina has been such a helping hand in helping me dropship from sourcing the product to setting up the shipping options. All I need to do is focus on marketing and improving my store. This was by far my worst business decision yet. I'm fairly new to dropshipping, but not business and the way these people do business is super shady. I ordered products over a month ago that I never received, because THEY shipped it in an oversized box and it was returned to sender. Rookie mistake for a so-called logistics company and then refused to refund me or express ship it. They simply stated "it will get there eventually". I requested simple things from my agent Bonnie that would take days and her response was simply "we're busy". When I asked to speak to someone in management, she said that "management doesn't speak to customers". Immediately severed all ties after that. I lost thousands in photoshoot and product purchases because of their lack of customer support. People can say what they want about CJ, but what took Bonnie two weeks to achieve for me CJ accomplished in an hour and a half. If you want real success, stay away from this place.

Guys.. listen. I can't THANK HyperSKU enough for their EXTREMELY INSANE support system. It's an absolutely NO BRAINER for those who are on the fence. Everything is such a breeze, it's what I've been looking for all these years running my store. I've been working with an agent for the past 2 months, so far there've never been any problems regarding order processing, fullfillment or anything order-related. They even go as far as to give u the product link on hypersku if u only provide a singular random picture. In contrast to other vendors, these guys are also very cheap and fast. Definitly a recommendation!

Hypersku is amazing for anyone who is dropshipping. You get assigned an agent without having to pay hundreds of dollars for subscriptions like other fulfillment companies. Their customer support team goes above and beyond to take care of whatever your company needs. Highly recommend.
