I have really enjoyed my services with hypersku. Levin my sourcing associate agent has been tremendously helpful, available, responsive and even encouraging. I am still new to hypersku and will provide more feedback once everything progresses. Until then I am satisfied with the services I have been receiving.

I have been working Hypersku for well over 5 months now and on 2 separate stores. My account manager has been nothing but excellent. She is always their to assist, find new products, help figure out solutions, help with customer messages. When you ask them to complete a task for you it is complete within 1-2 days.

Terrible experience. those who believe time is money - do not touch this app at all ..i am deleting for the second time. people might ask why i did install second time ..just because of one of the customer support agent not to name sent many emails to help me ship my products. it is honest review..so its upto you guys. ****************** Replying to your comment- those are not authentic stuff..just go to Ali express and you will find millions and those dont require license, Above all I just did not delete the app for this silly issue. I have deleted because for me time is money..if you wanna take more than 48 hours for every product to get an update then merchants can only fulfill 1-2 orders per day.

The products you asked for fulfillment are intellectual property products (Peppa Pig and Spider-Man for example), and we cannot sell them unless you are officially authorized to be a reseller. Otherwise, it will be Intellectual Property infringement😯 We always comply with regulations and hope you understand that we feel this is not the most right thing for us to do. On our platform, there are millions of SKUs for you to choose from if you are interested. Hope you have a great day!

I used the app to source products from Aliexpress, they were able to source it at much cheaper prices for good quality and faster shipping times. You get assigned to an associate with whom you can chat for any questions or queries. Definitely recommend them to grow your business and improve the profit margins.

Best drop shipping service to date! I have tried many, I mean MANY drop shipping services and they have come with their own flaws, issues, bad refund policies, difficult integrations etc. Hyper are the only ones that seem to care about YOU! You aren't just another $$$ figure to Hyper, they care about a smooth seamless experience, try best to source products for you cheaper, work with you to get custom packaging and help provide your customers with an overall better experience. They want to work with you long term instead of just pumping and dumping a store with poor quality products and a cheap customer experience. How many orders have I done with them? It would be getting close to 10,000 What is my Facebook feedback score currently? 4.8/5.0 This is largely down to Hyper's impeccably fast and reliable service. Hyper can get my orders shipped to my customer in as quick as 3 days(!!!) for a very affordable rate. Their system integrates very smoothly with my orders, I can track my pre-stock, pay for items, dispute orders and everything else easily and effortlessly. And when I have a question, Hyper are around most of the time to be able to reach and respond in a very timely manner. Udropwho? CJwho? Go HyperSKU, trust me, you won't regret it!

This app is poor, I requested them to source a bracelet for me, that was agreed, i then went to pay via PayPal my money was taken then 6 days later i was refunded with no explanation, i have now disappointed my customer having to cancel with them. Don't waste your time with this app, i can think of better alternatives.

It wont import my products or anything from my store after i connected it, the sourcing page is down, it's like its a blank website that doesnt even work, I really wanted to use this, if someone can help me and show me that this is legit then i will definitely change my mind

It’s just blank for the most part but the few times something showed up, It wouldn’t let me search for anything. It’s like it’s a fake app. Useless. I’m really bummed out because it seems like if this app were real it would be really cool.

PURE SCAM - READ If you expect that they have a fair return policy for any defective item that you purchase from them, you are very WRONG. They only offer 5 days! to request a refund after the delivery day. And even worse, after you make the refund request, they only give you 2 days in order you provide evidence (a picture) of the defective item. Good luck contacting your client and asking him/her for a picture of the defective product in just 2 days. 90% of the clients will contact you about a defective item after this ABUSIVE deadline. Imagine that you cannot claim a legit refund for a defective $35 product just because your client did not contact you in 5 days. What a joke. -- Read their return policy! -- How to Request Refund or Reshipment Sellers must send the refund or reshipment request within 5 days of the order marked as delivered according to tracking code. HyperSKU will check your request and will issue refund or arrange reshipment, if the proofs are valid. During the process, HyperSKU might ask for more information and seller should provide it within two business days.
Hi Gadbe, I'm sorry to hear what you've experienced with refund/reshipment. We suggest you set up a reasonable customer service policy with customers so to avoid abuse. If your customer could provide valid proof within 5 days, or even within 7 days (count in the 2 extra days after we heard from you the first time), we are happy to offer you return or reshipment. After connected my stores with HyperSKU, my life became easier, all my orders will synced to HyperSKU, and they will souce my products with high quality and good price, ship them to my customers with YunExpress shipping. Also the customer service answers all the questions I had. At last, HyperSKU is free to use now!

Hello, based on your response this is my updated review. ok, I will give this that your platform might not be 100% when it comes to inventory because of the large stock which btw is highly unreliable because we cant keep refunding our customers. But I guess that's a hazard for dropshipping. When it comes to contacting your helpdesk/staff its a nightmare. I had asked a question on Aug 09 and then followed up on Aug 10 but to date, I haven't got any response. I have asked a couple of other questions regarding your products and platform but still no response. The question they responded to was in the initial state and now they don't even bother. I can see that they are active on chat but no response. You can check my conversation history and you will know what I mean. Customer service is key for your business model but unfortunately, you do not have that in your platform. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ I am not sure what is with all the positive reviews, I am in the process of launching my store and I ran into 2 major issues and I am glad this happened before I went live. AliExpress smart sourcing – Once I received a quote in “Quote Created” I contacted Hpyersku team on chat and asked them how to move it to my import list since there was no option. Wrote to them twice in 2 days period and still no reply. Products Not Available/ Refund – Was all in with Hypersku, added a couple of products in my store. Then I thought to have a trial run just to be sure. Placed an order for 2 products on Aug 10 and on the 11th I noticed the status of my order was “refunded”. keep in mind I did not receive any notification/email. I contacted their team regarding this issue and she told me that “the products in the public catalogue is dynamic and huge so for outdated products we don’t update them, proactively”.. I asked her “what/which catalogue do you have control and inventory on” and then there was no reply. I haven’t started my store yet and this is what’s happening, lack of communication, information and seems like highly unreliable stock inventory. For all the other business owners, I would think 10 times before adding any products in your store if this is how they run their sourcing.

The dropshipping model we follow is that we purchase products after receiving payments from sellers, and there's possibilities that the products run out of stock/become unavailable. J'ai prix plusieurs cours en ligne sur le dropshipping avant de commencer ma boutique, j'ai entendu parle de hypersku dedans et je me suis inscrit. J'ai demandé un devis et le prix était vraiment compétitif. Après j'ai fait une commande test c'était la meilleure expérience possible. Maintenant, je travaille avec eux depuis 8 mois et tout va bien. Pas de problèmes de communications, pas de business louche, c'est juste parfait.
