Hyperspeed is a must-have for any store that understands the importance of speed in today's context. It took barely 5 minutes to install and optimize our theme and Alex provided excellent support throughout the process. I can't believe how fast they were able to show results. Definitely recommend.

Stella customer support! Had an issue with my thumbnails after installing the app and Alex was on it within an hour (on a Saturday night too!) He even went above and beyond and suggested more customizations for our site. This was the best experience we've had with an app. Many thanks!

So far Hyperspeed has been worth the investment. Not only did my website increase in speed significantly, but their customer service has also been excellent. If you want to speed up your website, I highly recommend Hyperspeed.

The app is super easy to set up and get things started. The FAQ and support were extremely helpful in fixing site issues and getting features working properly. Very quick replies and they provided good feedback and solutions throughout the process. We saw a significant increase in load times on our original store and have just implemented hyperspeed to additional storefronts.

What a Fantastic App! This has done everything we needed and more. Our average Shopify Speed Score has increased from 24 to 38 - which is Amazing! Customer service when messaged was quick to respond and super helpful. Thanks for creating a great app :)

We see an improvement regarding speed. Also had a small issue with a script that was running. Support was great and they fixed it in the weekend.

The name of this company is obviously named after its customer service because they help you with Hyperspeed! My site is much faster and now I can move on to on-page SEO. I hope I can find an APP with customer service that can help me as much as Hyperspeed helped me.

Hyperspeed has helped a lot, it is expensive but it's worth it if you want to increase speed. support was great. no regrets from using it. I will wait 1 month and see how it goes and the effect it all has on my site but so far so good.

It is extremely rare to run into such a solid app, that's also backed by such first-class and personalized support. Not only did this app absolutely improve our web site's speed (and customer experience as a result) but Alex goes above any beyond every time.

It wreaked havoc in our store. The "optimization" process reset the images so we lost a third of our products in the Google Shopping feed which ended up causing problems with all our Ad campaigns. Of course, they are blaming Shopify for this issue but coincidentally, it only happened after installing this app. If that wasn't enough, while the app was installed, several customers complained that the site was down and it ended up costing us thousands of dollars in sales. We are still dealing with the consequences. Needless to say, try this at your own peril.
To clarify this issue, Shopify's Google Shopping feed app updated automatically when the store's images were compressed. That sync exposed a pre-existing error that Hyperspeed didn't cause. Regardless, I understand how frustrating something like this can be, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Safety is our highest priority. Our preview system is built so that no changes are made to your code until you approve. Testing the preview thoroughly before publishing is highly recommended. It looks like our automatic code removal tool successfully removed our optimizations from your store, so you should be all set there!

Excellent App that really helps to cleanup your Google Page Speed numbers immediately. Lets you preview your site before publishing changes so you can tweak the settings and not break your site. Had a technical question and Alex responded very quickly and helped me resolve the issue.

WOW! This app really does make a huge difference to your website. Since installing Hyperspeed a couple of weeks ago we've seen a noticeable improvement in page loading speeds. There's been a significant improvement with page speed scores on the "How fast is my website" sites, both for mobile and desktop. The customer support is excellent. Alex is extremely knowledgable, gives excellent, site-specific advise and responds quickly to queries. With Google now confirmed as stating that the speed of your website is a ranking factor, this app is a vital tool for any Shopify store.
