The app works very well for us. We gained a lot of speed for our website. Customer support is very quick and very responsive. Compared to other apps it is a bit higher in price, but we have been looking for an app that addresses our website speed as a whole and not only compressing images. The app is super easy to set up and get things started. The FAQ and support were extremely helpful in fixing site issues and getting features working properly. Very quick replies and they provided good feedback and solutions throughout the process. The name of this company is obviously named after its customer service because they help you with Hyperspeed! My site is much faster and now I can move on to on-page SEO. I hope I can find an APP with customer service that can help me as much as Hyperspeed helped me.

Hyperspeed has helped a lot, it is expensive but it's worth it if you want to increase speed. support was great. no regrets from using it. I will wait 1 month and see how it goes and the effect it all has on my site but so far so good.

I used this app to help me speed up some heavily-loading elements. Besides working great, their technical support is A+. Super-responsive and always ready to help out.

It wreaked havoc in our store. The "optimization" process reset the images so we lost a third of our products in the Google Shopping feed which ended up causing problems with all our Ad campaigns. Of course, they are blaming Shopify for this issue but coincidentally, it only happened after installing this app. If that wasn't enough, while the app was installed, several customers complained that the site was down and it ended up costing us thousands of dollars in sales. We are still dealing with the consequences. Needless to say, try this at your own peril.

Excellent App that really helps to cleanup your Google Page Speed numbers immediately. Lets you preview your site before publishing changes so you can tweak the settings and not break your site. Had a technical question and Alex responded very quickly and helped me resolve the issue.
