Service client vraiment présent, qui prend le temps de répondre à toute les questions et à nous aider en cas de problème. Cependant, nous avons des bugs avec la mise en ligne de nouveau tunnel de vente avec cette application. Ca nous a aussi ralenti le site, et nous a apporté un taux de conversion plus bas.

-- DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL -- Unfortunately, almost broke my site completely. Of course I admit this may be a compatibility issue with my theme / this app, but ohh goodness this was bad. Slowed down my site ten-fold, overwrote so much code, captured the entire page as it ran (which slowed the site down), and nearly broke everything. This app single-handedly will change the way I install apps moving forward. The app itself was pretty nice- which is a shame. The UI was easy to understand, and I didn't have too many questions- it was just the poor execution of its implementation onto my website. I genuinely think this had to be a fluke, because these reviews clearly show this app is doing something right- just not for me, and therefor I can not recommend.

We have used this app for several months now! It works wonderfully for my shop's needs. It's set it and forget it - which is fantastic for our automated workflow. It's also easy to get in touch with someone if needed, but we've rarely had to do so. So happy we found this app and will continue using it. and their customer support is fabulous.

Consigliata: a mio avviso, miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo rispetto alle altre applicazioni simili. Non lascio la quinta stella per qualche piccolo bug qua e là. Cinque stelle al servizio clienti e ad Hemadri che ha risolto un grosso problema nel codice del tema anche se non era causato da questa applicazione! Shopify se n'era totalmente lavato le mani...

very easy app to use. which is very important to me. I like all the different option that i can chose from as well as the editor that shows me the impact that each upsell widget has had. The icart team are always on hand when I need them as well as always being quick and happy to help. I would highly recommend.
