Best cart app for us so far, has a lot of funtionalities. However, I hate that sudden bugs appear sometimes and then the cart doesn't work at all. We've had this a couple of times so far, making it not very reliable. Luckily the support responds fast and most of the times they fix it quick.

The team at iCart went above and beyond to help with this installation and answer all my questions. Hemadri was super helpful, as he solved many o my issues, and then would always follow up to see if he answered all my questions. He kept working through minor issues until the team got it right. Highly Recommended Shopify App for Enhanced Cart and Discounts Features I wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with your application, which has exceeded my expectations for managing my online store. The app includes essential features, such as the pop-up cart, which is extremely important to ensure that visitors don’t forget about their orders. Sometimes, a cart can be easily overlooked, but with this application, the cart stays visible and accessible, ensuring no order is left behind. Additionally, the app offers a dynamic discount bar, which displays any active discounts in my Shopify store. Whether they are set up within Shopify or directly through your app, they are automatically applied, making it incredibly easy for me to configure different types of promotions such as percentage discounts, free products, or other incentives. One of the features that has really impressed me is the app's ability to recommend additional discounted products directly in the cart. This greatly encourages customers to add more items to their order, which I believe will significantly increase my average order value. While I did initially encounter an issue when checking out, where an error appeared during the process, your technical support team was outstanding. Despite my delayed response and lack of immediate attention to the issue, your team remained persistent and committed to resolving it. With just a simple screenshot from my side, your team was able to identify and fix the issue. Now, the app works flawlessly. Given my experience, I highly recommend this application for its exceptional functionality and the dedication of your support team. They solved my problem really quick because they assumed my POS orders as iCart orders, but after talking to their chat everything went alright!!

I will admit there is a bit of learning curve to use the app, but once you figure it out it’s such a breeze. There is good YouTube videos, and manoj/ support team are awesome! We encountered an issue and they fixed it as promised and kept us updated as well. I recommend this app!
